What do you guys write? Ive been scared away from multiple vendors who require this. I don’t know the makes and models of typical research equipment, etc.
Our organization intends to use these chemicals as controls for classroom and field trainings in the identification of chemical classes through reagent and/or gas chromatography mass spectrum analysis.
I would think any information is good they just need to l3g@lly be covered is all. Simply stating "I plan to use this R3s3@rch Ch3m1c@l to see how it effects the growth of a Tomato Plant I'm growing" lol even that will work.

@Poppycock i can't recall if this popped up when I did my order however it's letting me bypass that section of checkout by just toggling "None" on the 3 marked checkboxes. Worst case scenario they just refund you after checkout. I would just try that if you really need it for medical purposes. My gut is telling me this is what I had to do but like I said, i can't recall 100%

@xenxra thanks but when I get to the checkout section there’s a “medical history” section and there’s a line that says “fax or email your prescription to us”. Are they just putting that there to protect themselves? Or have their changed to now require prescription?

@Poppycock ReliableRX Pharmacy, india based - they have prazopress and amantrel. I used them last summer for HCG. Took like 6-ish weeks to show up iirc
