Hello everyone,

I am "new" here and just want to say hello from the good ole' SouthEast.  I am a chronic migraine sufferer with bulging disks in my back ....but enough about me!!!

I just want everyone to have a pain-free, safe, and happy holiday season.

I hear ya on the migraines - suck, don't they?  Welcome...I'm not a huge contributor, but I've been reading for many years now.  You are in a GREAT place and treat it well and it will do the same for you.

Hope your Holidays are Happy and headache-free (not sure that Holidays happen without headaches  /default_rolleyes.gif ?) !

Hi Lenny- sounds like we have a few things in common. Migraines, bulging discs and livin' in Dixie. And being relatively new to the forum.

Welcome, though.. apparently once you learn what not to say, it's a pretty cool place... haha. Been a crazy week out there for those of us waitin' on our "Christmas packages" n' it's shown on the forum, here.

Hopefully things get cleared up soon n we can participate 'n see this super special forum I'm told about!
