What Do Benzos Feel Like?

I've ordered some and would like to know what to expect if taken recreationally. Is there any euphoria? I've taken nitrazepam before which only made me tired, although it was bought before I found this site and may well have been fake.

There is a wide range of effect from b3nz0 to b3nz0 and just as much from person to person. Straight recreationally x@n@x seem the most popular though I've never really understood it.

I wouldn't recommend benzo's for Recreational use, unless you get anxiety.  They don't produce a euphoria, like a Pk, but do help with a general overall state of well being. Some people can take (1) tablet, and they are ready for bed. If you drink alcohol they will make you tired even faster. They are Great for a Good Nights Rest. In the day, they can make you groggy...

Benzo's can be highly addictive, and can be a bitch to come clean of once addicted.

thanks for sharing.  i tried 1/2 xanie bar once and simply fell asleep for 10 hours.  i did not quite understand the popularity of them.

They must be treated with respect... Lots of respect.. And if it can be helped, should not be used recreationally... Or at all, if you can live without them...

They do however, create a sense of warmth and order, but only if you are predisposed to the mental chill and general disorder of somebody like me... And all have their own specific characteristics...

However, if you need to sleep, due to the noise in your head never ever stopping, or stop yourself going into the glacial abyss of a panic attack, they can be a life saver...

But, like I said in my previous post on the cl@naz@pam thread..

Benz@'s are a very easy world to walk into, but a very, very hard one to walk out of...

For me, benzos, ALL OF THEM, give me a euphoria that is indescribable. I am avery nervous person and have crippling PTSD. For this reason, i cannot take benzos. Boooooooo. I like them way too muchand i am an addict.

I am SO jealous of those of you that can use them responsibly. That being said....most people are not me......enjoy them, but not too much! Good luck and be cReful. Much love.

Wow cat... That's very grown up of you! Must be very tricky to be "allergic" to the medicine prescribed for PTSD! What do you take instead? Have you tried NLP (neuro linguistic programming)?

What was the traumatic stress? Crippling PTSD sounds like a horrible way to live. Do you see someone? Very pretty puss you have - you're holding her like a baby!!

Cbt is my thing with the occasional soma. I dont talk about the trauma. For that reason theapy just doesnt work.....lol! Night terrors suck but i still get them. Those are my biggest issue. I just try and keep extremely busy.

For me they're euphoric (Diaz and Alp especially) but I've always had a baseline of at least mild anxiety.  That euphoria to me is the relief of being able to shut up my thoughts and focus on shit I need to get done, etc.  If you don't have anxiety and get hooked you likely will end up with rebound anxiety you never had before when either taking less than your typical daily dose or stopping altogether.

I take Kl0nnies only to sleep! However, I have found my position the same as Cat. It seems like over time, I have had to take more  to be able to sleep. My body gets used to what I am taking so I stop falling asleep, thus taking more (and I fall asleep). Admittedly, I take more than I want to and I have started cutting back 1/2 mg every two weeks - it has not been easy!  But the point is, I am cutting back and will not stop cutting back until I am at the "level" I was at six years ago.

Revenger, do yourself a big favor. If you have not spent too much mone throw them out. You may get to like them - too much.

And from my experience and I'm sure others will agree there is nothing worst that benzos withdraws. There are no drugs to be given during detox and you could die from the withdraws.

 I started out taking them as prescribed... you all know the rest.

Please R at least think about it.

I never felt euphoric but I still got addicted, so idk. I think they make me bitchy but I have lived with anxiety since I can remember, a feeling of pressure in my chest every second of every day. So I take them just to be a little less hype. I have been trying meditation and visualization as a means of ridding myself of the anxiety but thus far no dice.

They came today headbanger, just before I read your message. I can't chuck them (won't) even though I KNOW it's the right thing to do... I'll make a deal with myself not to buy them again though, as I'm obviously the type of weak person who gets addicted easily and lacks the willpower to stop. I'll use them to give up the DHC then no more.

The true definition of an idiot is someone who doesn't adjust her behaviour after repeatedly making the same mistakes.

I fancy being like Cat and just telling myself I can't have them so that's that. Can't have anything.

It's not going too well with the DHC. I picked up 200 Monday pm and have 70 left now. I'll be so relieved to get rid as I just don't seem to be able to leave them alone if they are in the house

God revenger, i feel you so. It is possible that you wont have a problem getting off of the dhc using benzos. But ihave to err onthe side of caution when giving advice and headbanger is right. Benzo w/d is really bad. I did it cold turkey like a fucking idiot and had many problems. If you are really serious and dont have success you may have to go to rehab. I know that seems out of the question with your kids and all, and beleive me i have been there. Where no one inows. Lean on us. Try to taper. I KNOW you can do it. If i can quit , anyone can. You may not be ready yet. Just please remember that we are all here for you! There is a LOT of love here. Be strong. You are smart and honest with yourself. That is a great beginning that will lead to a great end of the dhc.

Oh god Cat i do hope Youre right and I manage to skip the worst of the wds using low dose benzos. I'm not at all against using rehab (outpatients) and being on a meth programme for instance. I'd pay for it privately and keep it off the record. It's not as if I'm a risk to the children, using in bed all day or dragging them round dealers houses to score.. I'm sure they wouldn't feel the need to get the authorities involved.

Benzo wd sounds nasty, and dangerous, so after the 40 I've got I'm not going to replace them
