What to do with 30k

So i recently came into a little sum of money , i want to build on it, I also work, i build bearings for helicopters and planes and make very decent money , i was thinking of buying a used ice cream truck , i found a few used ones i can pay cash for, Italian ice truck at the Jersey shore will do very well I think…. Anyone have any other ideas to turn nickel into a dime?

Another thing you could look into is something that brings in steady income without needing you there every day, like a small rental property, vending machines, storage units, or investing in a good index fund.

This is 100% the best thing you can do. The don't think about the money part is imperative. I'm sure Fidelity and Vanguard have free index funds you can join. Learn the magic of compounding interest by making it work for you. Most people learn by paying.
