I had a very traumatic experience last night. It was a physical altercation. What would you suggest I try to help with the panic, anxiety and trouble sleeping?

I would suggest going to a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist. You are certainly suffering from acute stress disorder, which can develop into PTSD. Most docs would be willing to prescribe something appropriate in this case.

God I really am out of it, I didn't even think of that. My brain is just not functioning at all right now. Thank you.

Ok the physical side, ok so talk to your Dr and ask for some v@lleeum, they won't want to but belabputr the point that you are anxious all the time and that techniques like mindfulness (which every doctor I know holds up as a cure for insomnia to anxiety, tell them u tried it, the more they think you have tried the less likely they will be to refuse something that could help with the anxiety and probs sleeping! Tell them you only want a short initial course of treatment, it's worth possibly asking for some z0ppicklone they won't help with the anxiety but they are good for insomnia. And non addictive.

feel better soon. Xx

@Jandolynpop a short course if z0picl0ne may well help bur dont think that that med is non addictive as my ex gf has been on 15mg a night for ovet 12yrs and is hopelessly addicted. To the point she can't bare to even consider going down to 1x7.5 +1x3.75 instead of 2x 7.5mgs per night. It acts on different receptors and is a hypnotic rather than bnz but they are addictive.

Peace

Bliss....

Zopiclone is Avery good short term sleeping tablets.

However they hit tolerance fast and even the higher 7.5 mg dose will not work for that long, I'm a zanax girl and it's my preference, it's addictive but it like me u use it 1 or 2 a month to swap from nights to days it's perfect.

your UK go won't give it to you.

Away around is to say you were gardening and you wrenchened your back,

Act is if taking top off is painful and say you can't raise either hand above your shoulder!

Your symptoms are

Numness, burning pain, pins and needles pain radiating out from the thrapped nerve, in your back. !uscle weakness severe backpain!

A pinched or slipped disc is the only diagnosis and they will give you diazepam, complain if the effect is not enough.

  10. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Bubblegum rack? Like, boobies?
  11. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Don’t message people about things like veterinary care without taking care to mind the rules you two crazy nuts. More at stake than getting bad info or scammed, there’s predators out there looking for bigger fish and will step on a guppy to get to them. Fishing expeditions aren’t just for private citizens enjoying a calm weekend exploring the lake for a fish hookup. Offish of offishial fishing investigations may be looking for the best fishing hole and scare off the big
  12. xenxra xenxra: what do you mean "what happened to it"? it's sitting at the store on the bubblegum rack like it always has
  13. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: What happened to Big League Chew? That was some mighty fine chewing gum. I personally never had any, but I think of it often.
