What's Your Plan Today?

Off for an overnight at the beach with my best friend and wife for our 21st anniversary.  I plan on some enjoying "clean" good fun while minimizing the little bit of w/d I'm dealing with.  Honestly couldn't live without the loperamide.  Funny, I wasn't able to post on here yesterday and I was missing talking to my new friends so I'm glad I had a chance to stop in before I got too busy today.

Today we are going to a Corn Maze! This is how we get in the spirit of the season by stumbling around a giant map of our state looking for answers to clues. We inevitably get lost, can't find one of the clues, and cheat! I know, strange idea of fun.

Happy Anniversary! Hope you have a grea day, you deserve it. If you start feeling a little shitty breathe in for four counts, hold for four counts and exhale for four counts. Repeat. Do not do this while driving. Lol! It works like a charm! Xo. Take it easy!

That tip you gave me about thebenedryl pills works excellent. I hope the stronger stuff doesnt make me more itchy. At this point, I would shoot heroin if I had it. JK, but ya know.......yuck....would never shoot anything. I am actually throwing up from pain. And I have zero appetite which is VERY VERY unusual for me.

I have not been to see the ortho yet, I may go back to ER TODAY. I PLAN ON TAKING aleve, Norco and benedryl shortly after I try and eat. Perhaps I will just sleep.

The corn maze was great. Beautiful Fall weather and an easier maze. Didn't get lost or have to ask anyone for answers. We Earned our free mini pumpkins and gourds prize this year.

Yes my dog spotted a cat and decided to take off like a bat out of hell. I shouldnt have been walking her cuz she is too strong for me. She ended up bring me to the ground and dragging me. I broke my arm and ripped the shit out of my already ripped back. Ihave road rash....from a dog! Lol! Imean when you dump a bike you at least earn your rash right?I wish i had it on film! I am inally able to laugh at how it must have looked. I must post a pic of my arm whoch is litally black from shoulder to almost my elbow. No cast...cuz they dont cast humeruses usually. It is broken up near my shoulder.Thank GOD! Scuse my typos please.

I actually did sleep a little today! No ER visit, i wish they would have just told me Aleve workd better.

Bloody hell Cat, that sounds rough!...

How are you now? On the mend? Broken arms are never good!... I remember when I broke my left arm in a car crash, took ages to properly heal!

No doubt you'll be out of commission for a while...

I dunno why but I've grown to like the initial itch. It let's me know it's working and relief is going to follow.
