What's Your Plan Today?

My plan was not to get my car stolen!

However, that's what happened : (

Not a good day for this bat!! At all!!

Oh dear me, that is a terrible thing to have happen to you poor bat. Was it the Audi? Mine was broken into 4 times. They stole my stuff but never the damn car. Hope it is found in one piece.

No, the Audi went 2 months back... It was my interim BMW!... I am now paying for 2 BMW's!... The one that is missing and the replacement one!!... Hopefully this will only be for a month or so, while my claim gets processed...

Incredibly unhappy!... Apparently they broke into it, using a lap top?... No keys, no nothing!.. Triggered all the electronics as easy as if they had the key?... Some software back door, which is apparently quite easy to crack, if you have the tools and the money?!?!...

Cunts!!!!

I don't think it'll turn up?... The BMW folk informed me that it's been stolen to order and most likely in a container en route to a different country!...

Subsequently, I've spent 5 hours of my day talking to the Police (useless), insurance companies and finance companies....

At the end I had that many different policy, phone, crime reference numbers to remember, I pretty much lost it and told them to ring me back, when I weren't quite as fucked off!!...

Grrrrrrrr!!!

What ? Who steals a car??!!! I guess I'm used to small town livin'. We leave keys in our cars & houses unlocked. I guess you never know when something might change tho. Hope you have insurance & get everything sorted out.

Cheers,

You'd be surprised how many cars get stolen around here, especially nice ones?!..

Fucking thieving bastards are everywhere!! Easy money in a world full of no jobs and no intelligence... A very common pairing in the UK at the minute!..

I wouldn't mind, but I live in a very nice area? However, as the extremely obnoxious police officer told me today, criminals don't go looking for nice cars in the rougher parts of town, as there are none!... Guess she had a point?..

Thanks for the good luck though, I need all I can get at the minute : )

I didn't know any such place still existed in this world. Must be wonderful! We have lots of burglaries and auto theft. Someone once broke into my grandfather's house and stole nothing but his socks??????!!!!!

Cheers SBB, me old mucker! I'm on it, don't worry!!

@2earls... Just his socks?!?!?!

Well that's a first! Socks??? I guess it was kind of nice of them to leave everything else alone. I hope they had warm feet for a long time. We have a lot of farmland where I live. The most thefts we have is kids sneaking around stealing fuel from personal tanks. Our local pharmacy did get robbed at gunpoint a while back. They took all the narcotics & got away with it. Lucky bastards!!!

Try my damndest to eat something. Or at the very least get some of that sport drink shit in me.

That will to survive, guys! Haha... Or whatever that force is that keeps you around.  Pain, maybe. The will to avoid pain. Yes, maybe.

I plan on taking enough pain killers to get me through thanksgiving with my family. Just joking.

After I get off work I plan on playing star wars the old republic alright tonight and most of the day tomorrow. I have not had much time to play mmo as I would like to have.

cooking, cooking and more cooking. and giving my turkey a bath. it's been defrosting since monday and is still frozen solid, so the bath it is.

It's my in-laws and I'm not joking! If I didn't have pks I wouldn't even attempt it because they give me a royal pain in my ass.

My grandfather pronounced him an "honorable hobo". My great-grandfather was a dealer of gemstones. There were plenty of goodies to take but it seems he took only what he needed. When I have asked homeless people what they need, socks are always in demand.

All the stuff about awkward family moments and stress over Christmas is chiming well with me...

Last Christmas I tried to cut down, since I didn't everyone to know, and I ended up being ill in bed from boxing day to gone new year. sod that...

the hoarding has already begun, hahaha. everyone else will be too drunk to notice anyway.

Arse not ass!!... Ass is a Donkey!! : )..... However, I do agree wholeheartedly... Although I have no in laws at the minute, the ones I have had, have also been royal pains in the arse!! And self medication does tend to smooth out the edges...

Thankfully, no thanksgiving over this side of the pond... You've already given us Halloween, yet another annual forced fucking family furore!!

Nothing personal of course, my lovely American friends : )

Today, the bat gave up smoking!...

I will let you know later in the week whether that is still 'working out' : )

  4. xenxra @ xenxra: @WTF7218 it may as well be that way with how little effort some of the people on here make to find information that's exactly where you would expect it to be.
  5. ontovzik @ ontovzik: When I had long term shingles, lasting two months. All he could give me was a 10 day supply of dilaudid. He looked at the ground while we were talking about it. I could tell he was ashamed but it was the legislature and the governor that tied his hands. He was very upset that non-medical political people, the media, and the scared public were controlling how he treated his patients. Someday those people will need meds and a hospital bed and they will be gone.
  6. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.
  7. ontovzik @ ontovzik: He peed it in the snow in my backyard.
  8. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  9. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  10. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that

  17. N @ NYStateofMind: I didnt really tell him but he knew I needed a new script since my dr went to jail
  18. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  19. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  20. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
