What's Your Vitamin Of Choice?

I've used a product called Gabatrol for years. It has an excellent, easily absorb-able GABA, L-theanine and a bit more. I take that with some kava kava and I end up saving myself a lot of benzo's because those two supplements do wonders for anxienty. I also take probiotics for digestion. I worked in vitamin shops for years and am close to minoring in nutrition, so I know almost every supplement. There are thousands of herbs and each has it's own use. If you are sick, get something call Wellness Formula...it is wonderful.  

 
I'll just respond to the actual vitamin idea.  I don't eat enough.  No fast food or much snack food, but just one meal a day.  So I use vitiamins.

I've taken all of them, all the exotics over the years.  Now, I take a good daily, a super B, and lots of "D".  I think the FDA has revised the suggested daily amount on "D", but old guidelines were way short.  Sunshine, historically, gave you enough, but most of us just don't work outside anymore, so ,lots of "D".

Also, because I used to get leg cramps during sleep, I take extra calcium, potassium, and magnesium.  Calcium deficiency is the most common cause.  I don't get leg cramps for a long time now. 

Should take care of sketchy eaters.

My vitamin of choice which is my devil also is zans. Can't handle em I over do them excessively.

 
tr@ms and zen barz are my vitamins of choice. they completely get rid of my anxiety but i wish i didnt feel like dying while not using -.-
