 I'm pretty much new to buying stuff online, if I needed something, I'd cop it on the street, but where I live now, that's not as easy. 

Basically, should I get packages coming to my house, or to a Po box, or something else, what's the safest route to go with that?

 
Its up to you, read around and make thr best decision for yourseld. Maybe look around thr shipping thread.

PO boxes are very convienent if you have someonr at the house that cant know.
