Hey guys,

So I get dm’s daily asking for advice or guidance on a specific part of the ass world. From health through to obtaining and cycling properly.

What topic or topics would you like to see me cover next. It can be anything from prep, cycles, bloods, ancillaries, pct, training. Just guess it too me and I’ll have something up for you.

cheers,

R

@Hammerblow

I have read a few of you posts and I would like to commend you on your very knowledgeable, easy to follow/understand, and informative guides/advice. I combed through the posts in this section (surface level only) and I didn't see anything on using 5teroid5 as a way to get "cut" (my terminology in this department is rather deficient lol as opposed to using them for gains/bulking up. Is this a possibility? If so would it be worth stacking or just sticking to a singlular cycle? If it is somewhere and I didn't search thoroughly enough I apologize.

Hey @Praeteritus first of all thank you 🙏 That means a lot to me and is the reason why I try to give outcas much info as possible. I’ll most certainly do a cutting post. There’s drugs you use when cutting that are more beneficial and will help the process and I’m not talking about fat burners/diuretics. You wouldn’t ever cut on Deca, you can but it lends itself so much better to bulking. The key to cutting is diet though diet diet diet. You can get cut on almost any steroid if your diet, training and Cardio are on point. But I’ll write up a point about what I use pre shows when I go into my cutting phase.

@Hammerblow

You are most welcome, I truly enjoy and commend you for all of the great info, and I look forward to reading all about it in your post(s)! Yes! That is exactly what I meant! I have my doubts about fat burners/diet pills/diuretics/etc. Also, I was reading in one of your posts about how to lose body fat, that you count grams of proteins carbs and fat but not calories?

@Praeteritus I hope you enjoy it buddy! Yes you count macronutrients proteins/carbs/fat to love mire successful. For example there’d a big difference between 900g of fat then 900g grams of protein. To lose body fat we work out a number of variables age, weight, height, activity level, body type and your TDEE and then set your macros not your calories, if that makes sense? Everyone is different and the about example is there less calories in 900g of protein which is too much btw just purely for demonstration than 900g of fat. If we set the exact same cals but your marcros were low on protein high carbs and super high fats. And mine were high protein, lowish carbs and moderate fats the results would be entirely different.

cheers,

cheers,

Please excuse my poor iPhones autocorrect! I’m sure I have an article written about macros but if not I’ll make that my next priority pal.

cheers,

@Hammerblow

Ahhhhhh yes, I didn't even think about it Like that, because it doesn't necessarily matter if you keep your calories if your macros are out of whack. Ok, I will definitely read a lot more of your posts brother! Thank you for for the tips!

  9. T @ Thedoccc: Hey y'all, wanted to tell you that I signed that second contract I was hoping for. Which should keep me afloat for the rest of the year, and hopefully 2026 if all goes well. Appreciate your encouragement, love, prayers and out reach. I was really feeling low last week and needed that extra bit of <3
  10. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: hahhah right on man. they spent so much bread.
  11. L @ Layne_Cobain: Could b worse dude could be a met fan right now 😂 that payroll and no playoffs 😳 I kinda feel bad for em such an insane collapse and so insanely opposite of what happened last year with them starting terrible then catching fire all the way to the nlcs
  12. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: That Texas playoff series last year crushed out spirits lmao. They wrecked us.
  13. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: No you're pretty much spot on. We've been playing better since the firing of Hyde but I think it's just coincidence. Even though he was terrible at putting the correct relievers in at the wrong time.
  14. L @ Layne_Cobain: Exactly didn’t make a good enough offer to Burnes to keep him and didn’t go after any other top pitching then when things were over come deadline traded away a bunch altho I don’t think any of them besides O’hearn and maybe a reliever or two were doing that well but I could be remembering wrong
  15. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: *bucks
  16. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Just needed pitching. And mister big buks didn't spend sh1it hahhaha.
  17. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: We were stacked and ready to go.
  18. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: I'm in the same boat as you. The blame goes on the owner and Elias (our GM)
  19. L @ Layne_Cobain: I was just thinking that bro I honestly didn’t think Hyde was all that bad but when things go south it’s usually the managers on the chopping block to make the point …I think there’s some decent managers out there looking for a spot
  20. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Be interesting to see who our manager is next year.
