Would anyone be interested in a br0m0n0rd1azep@m taper log?

Heya 👋 Bro how’s everything going? I remember when you started this and I thought to myself how great this is for you and how much help it will be to others who have been on B3nzos either RC, Ph@rma or both.

I’ve been prescribed one or the other going back to when I was 20 ish. It’s been around 15 years now I’ve been on them, I definitely knw the absolute Nightmare they can be, I’ve gone through a handful of Grand Mal seizures. Not fun.
On other hand I’ve got horrible Chronic Anxiety/Panic attacks/PTSD
to the point it just debilitates me at times.
After reading your posts I know you can relate.

I dunno when I’ll be personally ready to get my mind around eventually fully getting off. after a few times last year of having to force taper due to a few unexpected events
I’ve at least got myself Lower which has been a up and down time, it just depends on the days, nights and certain situations .

Anyways look forward to reading a new update from you!

O Btw- I was recently reading about Tofisopam, and even though it’s pretty interesting that it’s technically a Benzo but doesn’t work like the common ones.
I figured you’ve probably given them a try and wanted to ask what you thought of them?
Or to any one else who might read this and has tried them, I’d be interested to hear how well (if at all) they work for Anxiety?

✌️
Hey guys!

Sorry for the lack of update. I'm hovering around 15-16 mag range per day, considering how high I started, I am so grateful.

The nurse psych I'm working with has agreed to start prescribing me 20 mags of pre@cr1pt1on V@L1UM per day, that's starting next week around March 25.

So I'm gonna drop to 12 mags read per day in 2 days, then we'll see how the switch goes to Pharm@ V@l1um. All we've been working off is the 6 mg = br0m0nor so I'll be able to test that which is great. I still have backup br0m0n0r in case the switch isn't as smooth as hoped.

But I'm feeling very optimistic. Thank you all, this has been somewhat of a accountability thread for me and I appreciate anyone that's read any snippet, or tried to help themselves.

To poster above, I've never tried Tofisopam. I've heard of it, but never really dived deep in as it didn't suit what I was looking for at the time.

Hey everyone! Hope everyone is doing ok! Can't wait for the weather to turn here in the lower 48.

Everything has been going well. I'm stable at 2 ML of my solution (about 14 pages of br0m0nor) and the 20 mg V@l!um in the evening.

About to start dropping 2 magazines of br0m0n0r every 10 days or so now since I'm stable on this protocol.

SO THANKFUL FOR A DOC THAT WILL LISTEN AND WANTS TO HELP <3

Once I'm finished with the br0m0n0r, we'll follow a similar protocol with the v@l1um. Probably 2-2.5 pages dropped every 2 weeks. No need to rush, thank the universe.

I would never, ever be opposed to seeing informed harm reduction! Lord knows we could use more around here. Good on ya mang!

Thanks so much man! Yeah we can always use more of harm reduction in society in general. Really appreciate the nice comment

The only other substance I indulge in is c@nn@bis, only at night after work, and eventually I'll taper that down.

I can vouch for des@lkg1d@zepam (br0m0n0rdi@zepam) as a fantastic taper drug.

We need more lower potency, taper benzos CN! lol.

Amen, friend. Given the risk of benzo (and other gabaergic) w/d, I totally concur! See...this is what we need to relegate to AI. I really don't know TOO much about pharmacokinetics, but maybe we could even come up with the benzo equivalent of SR-17108!

Yeah sucks des@alk (br0m0n0r) is the only taper option right now. There should be more long half-life b3nz0s being manufactured. Cl0br0 has the half life but it's too unmanageable, and caused a lot of rebound anxiety for me when I attempted to taper with what I had left. Just way too fucking potent.

What's good guys!

Been a busy couple of weeks. It's my birthday this week. I started talking to a girl a few months ago and things are getting serious, which is cool! It does provide a little stress though as I continue to taper.

My solutions have been generally 7 or 8 m1ll@GR@Ms per ML. That seems to be equivalent to almost 15mg D1@z3p@m, in my experience.

Anyways, I've continued to take 20 m@gs of v@l1um (10 mg @m, 10mg PM), and tapering my br0m0n0r solution. I'm currently taking 1.8 ML of my solution, which is equivalent to about about 10-12ish m@gs of br0m0nor (des@lkg1d@zep@m). I was at 2 ML (14 m@gs) 2 weeks ago.

I'm gonna continue to go slow as my life is quite full with a full time job, older parents a few hours away, and having a girlfriend. This can provide anxiety, therefore going slow is the best route to avoid a rel@pse.

I thought I'd be finished sooner than this, but that's ok. I've made so much progress and grateful to also have a doctor willing to work with me. I've been dependent on some form of a g@b@ substance (very potent b3nz0s, GeeHBee, ph3n1but, b@cl0f3n, preg@balin, g@b@p3ntin, @lcohol) for 5 years so I feel that if one has only been dependent for a year or less they could go much faster than me.

Love you guys!

Thank you for sharing this. A very close loved one to me from years back had acquired a large tolerance and felt he had no where to go. Tried detoxs but would either not stay or even in facilities having numerous seizures. Esp at this time and im sure now not a ton of doctors would even know how to properly help someone on such doses so high and not knowing the compound. Hes no longer here (not do with this). But i just remember the hopelessness.

I think any information out there like this to spread awareness and hope is amazing. Thank you!!

Update:

I did have a setback. Took 3thyl-f1u@lp and br0m@z0l@m for a couple weeks, using "life stuff" as an excuse. This resulted in horrible rebound. Anxiety, near panic attacks, insomnia, high blood pressure, flushing red skin, loose stool several times per day, etc. even while d0sing 35 pages of br0m0n0r.

Anyways, after about about a week, things leveled out taking those 35 pages of br0m0nor and an occasional 10 pages of d1@z3p@m.

I'm back on track. Have completely restructured my taper due to my misbehavior/setback.

Around 12 pages of br0mn0r and 10-20 pages of v@li1uM per day currently with a spreadsheet schedule to follow dillgently.

Thanks guys! Much love! Setbacks happen. It's how we respond to them. I would recommend not having a st@sh of potent b3nz0s lying around while tapering lol.

Update May 25th/2026:

I have been reducing 2 pages of br0m0nord1@z3p@m per week, and I am currently doing really well on 8 pages of br0m0nord1@z3P@M. I also reading 10 pages of $c1pt d1@z3p@m twice per day, for a total of 20 pages.

Total, I am reading 8 magazines of br0m0n0r (equivalent to around around ~ 16 pages of d1@z3p@m) and 20 pages of d1@Z3p@m per day.

So, equivalent to around 30-35 pages of d1z@z3p@m per day at the moment.

Very happy with how smooth the 2 magazines drops have been with bro0m0nord1z3p@m. Might be able to do stretch that to 3 or so, but I have more than necessary on hand. Much love guys!

Hit me with any questions.

Super helpful thread man.

Actual medical literature re rc b3nz0's is almost non existant so a thorough write up like this is invaluable.

I have found pr3g@b@l1in very useful for this purpose as well.

Also you mentioned when you complete this you would be throwing what's left in the bin...I would be willing to dispose of it responsibly if you wanted to throw it my way...

Congratulations on making it this far and I wish you every success for the final stages.
