No answer to my emails yet and no tracking. Not looking good. I'll update once more tomorrow and then post my recommendation for this vendor.
 
Update -- Vendor finally replied. Said it should he here shortly!
 
No tracking or package yet. Sent an email this morning asking if he could send tracking but no reply as of yet.
