Nobody is going to come along to push you to achieve the things you say you want…

You have to.

If you're one of those people who needs someone to motivate you or hold you accountable for your own performance...

Get comfortable living a mediocre life at best.

You will get your ass kicked over and over again by people who kick their own ass when they need it.

Here's your real problem...

You lack discipline.

The motivation isn't going to be there every day...

The energy isn't going to be there every day...

The conditions aren't going to be perfect every day...

...and nobody is going to hold your hand…

EVER.

You have to drag yourself through the flames...

Whether you feel like it or not.

Quit looking for motivation...

Start practicing discipline.

My prediction? Transfer portal and NIL with million dollar “salaries” mean NCAA Football becomes the defacto NFL D league except they’re all free agents. To compete, Superconfrences are going to continue to consolidate, privatize or go corporate, and the NCAA can go back to worrying about title IXX and Women’s volleyball and such.
