I consider myself a bit of a globe trotter, mainly Europe as I'm no good long haul, although I've done most of Asia, America, South America. I still consider Europe to be the most stunning with my very own Scotland up there. It may be cold and a bit stabby at times but our scenery is breathtaking. So I'll start there. Rome for the history, Bologna for the food and Florence for the art. That would be a great holiday!
