Zone, Email source from Serbie

Can some people tell me the last time they received an email from Zone. I have an order placed on the 10th that I sent payment which he responded that he picked up on the 11th the payment and would send immediately. I have not heard a word since. I have placed many orders in the past. What the hell is going on? I have emailed him almost daily to please update me or email me shipping tracking and I haven't heard a word.
Sorry to hear this . I am having exact same problem . No communication since  11th after funds were picked up and radio silence on my emails . 

 
It's the 24th. 2 weeks of no communication and no emailed shipment confirmation...What the hell? On top of that only have received 2 of the 5 envelopes he said he sent from my previous order. My concern and frustration is valid. I hope you see this zone and email me.
same, hopefully today or tomorrow we get a reply, if not il send a friendly reminder end of the week, I still haven't had an issue with delivery , but I think Zone may be backed up and Busy

 
Here same problem, pick up somewhere about the 17th and promise to ship next or day afther...

no contact , and no tracking number still...

today send him A reminder, hope to hear soon!!

 
Just sent Zone an email for new order and funds. My last order was 11-25 and arrived 12/7, fantastically fast delivery time and great order plus extras! I have never questioned Zone as it's been 100% successful orders. I'm sure he's backed up and a little busy in the new year but hopefully things settle soon and we hear back, I don't usually send without checking the forum first but I'm sure this is a temporary thing, Zone has always been solid. Best wishes in the new year to all, hope to send an update soon.

 
I just wanted to post that he emailed me today with tracking numbers for some from that order, and a note the remainder the following day. 

 
Also forgot to mention I received the 3rd envelope from 1/13 today. Still awaiting for a few envelopes shipped before and after that day and will keep board informed. I am located in SE USA, and just a reminder I got much needed email response today with tracking numbers for the posts I mentioned above. Thanks Zone.

 
Okay, looks like things are moving, and yet again this is a WELL KNOWN communication issue. Zone still nearly always delivers, so I suggest a little more patience here in future. Add comments about communication in your reviews if you wish, but I'd like to see this thread much tidier.Thabks folks ☺

Yeah Z does show, if only really slow the previous year. Think maybe the good old days of pickup, tracing  and sent in a day, then surprise in a few are gone. Seems like its a wek between pickup and movement is standard nowadays. If it works you can't complain, even if the lack of communication can be annoying. 

If you need urgently there are other options with  same stuff. Who are quicker I hear.

 I am starting to understand what the moaners mean now. Reading the same old, same old stuff. Maybe it helps people relax  :428_golfer:  

 
I really hope Zone catches up soon as when he's good, he is extremely good at what he does.

I'm sure it will start to calm down soon but if I was looking to order and seen 4 pages of complaints about delays, I'd maybe be a bit smarter and wait a while before ordering. Adding to a very clear backlog is helping no-one. 

If you have meds available maybe give it a week and try again. Blasting him with email after email is making the situation worse.

 
I know, I should not have sent the funds without checking the forum first but I've always been so succesful and easy I thought he would appreciate expediting the process. Now I'm having trouble cancelling the transaction so have money hung up with him. I'm going to hope I hear from Zone before the weekend is over and if not order with Dusko and try and figure it out with Zone.

 
Yep , me the same ,17 jan last contact, that was it ...do not know wat happend, only thing we can do is Ad A little more patience and see .

didnt hear from Zone from until 23rd . He was iapologetic and was busy over holidays too and he said order would be sent that they parcel arrived  today . ???

Hi Nirvanadone87 Yep he said January was very busy for him. Everything should be returning to normal.

No too specific but I used zone for Gal RIV Clon and Aup blue Val all super stuff turn around with remailer just under 14 days. Communication was lacking but hey what did you expect. Your in the zone.

 I have to mention it but I do prefer zones package tec. Sleek looks professional. Nothing like some sketchy parcels I have gotten from SA, or even here in the states.

This was all before the holidays. Or just after can't remember because of above goodies in the upper paragraph.

Zone responded and unfortunately I had already pulled funds and had to resend. Order placed and funds sent yesterday and will update.

Worst case scenario they just refund you after checkout. I would just try that if you really need it for medical purposes. My gut is telling me this is what I had to do but like I said, i can't recall 100%
