Quoting my original order. Very happy so donated again after given the green light to donate. Radio silence since 7/4 and donation still waiting to be picked up. 

Has anyone had any contact since last Thursday/Friday?

 
He was excellent communicating last week shipping half my order with tracking. He hasn't responded to emails all this week. Very confused.

 
I emailed a few days ago for a price list and just to establish contact and haven't heard back.  At the beginning of this thread he posted as himself and left his email all the time, but the last bunch of pages he has not posted at all.  I hope nothing happened to him.

 
This question is long time customers of Zone. Should I have cause for concern that he has not responded to emails this week and though he did mail half my shipment it's been 3-4 days now without email responses of any kind and still 2 packages not sent. Zone seems like a great guy, just odd for the sudden unresponsiveness.

 
Ordered at the weekend. Posted Monday received Thursday. Guys a gent. Won't hesitate to use again. Actually waiting on a reply just now

 
11days for me no reply back after i completed my part, i dont know either at the point, still optimistic !

I spoke with him Monday and received both packages Thursday. He did relate that he had been very busy so hopefully alls well 

 
@experiment_626 no TN#provided, since no reply back, hopefully zone surprises me and something is in my box within the time frame of 10-21days :) ,prior orders  i would get TN# within  24hrs-48hrs  i get tn# and all that,

for this order the first time i had  no reply back , even sent a courtesy email out this past Monday to see if I did something wrong and wasn't replying back, but no reply back on the original order on the pending reply back to followup reply back , if that makes sense :P so :/  today is 12days without any acknowledgement, but i am still OPTIMISTIC cause Zone has come thru for me many times on POINT. Maybe Zone is used to me so prob just sent out the item with needing to reply. I am not like super anxious or nervous that Zone isn't replying. 

i guess i got put in my Zone y0 :/ , now i dont know if i can place future orders, not sure if its communication lag, or am i banned? i kept it pro with Zone , not sure what i did wrong !

I just heard from him and made another order. Dunno why everyone else is bad mouthing him. Every Friday he accepts my order 

 
What can I say apart from showing a little humility on my part for my previous ramble about zone, apologize s to the zone

Amazing service now I kknow why the zone could not get to her emails, she suggested that she was out of town for 3 days but if you shipped on the 12th you be sorted today or tomorrow. Happy days

Some people just like communication, but Zone is always coming through, so I wouldn't worry at all folks. I said before, busy working, and vendors have lives too.

I put in my email that people were getting a bit antsy so probably why he/she replied
