Normally he gets back within 24hrs. I find between 9-11am GMT is when he replies, and you can get everything sorted your end in that time. If you do it all online
It happens to me sometimes too, with my donation I'd put in my order let's say on Thursday night (US EST), and he would not confirm whether he got it. I get the email on Saturday from the donation company that the money had been successfully picked up, then I would get a response on Sunday night, saying that my gifts will be on the way on Monday or Tuesday. He wrote in an email a few weeks ago, that he's a bit short-handed as of now, but everything would be back to normal soon.ElectroNymph said:

@NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
