I've had the exact same problems with SYs who don't maintain adequate A/C and keep the pills out of direct sunlight (I've been to Wal-marts in 6 Mexican cities, they do sell metal cabinets with locks on each door, but whatever). Also from some Euro vendors who apparently don't know the basics of storing meds. I keep mine in a metal lockbox in the coldest room in the house...my office, which I maintain at 70 degrees so that I don't fall asleep from the warmth.
This isn't an issue unique to Zone, any vendor's storage employee's can say "Ah, what the hell, the A/C's out, let's go spend the weekend with Gabrielle and Elise where we can watch TV (and Gabrielle and Elise's backsides), drink beer, and play Angry Pokemon", or whatever the hell they play now. "Boss has a key, he can swing by and pick up anything he needs, or send Stanislaus to do it. I don't get paid enough to sit in this heat."
That would never happen with the Russian mob, but former Eastern bloc countries? Eh, they are poor, they don't really care if they lose a job because the government will get them something else if they want it, It's a very lackadaisical environment for this sort of business, not just in former Eastern bloc countries, but all the way from Germany to Kazakhstan, and including Norway, Sweden, and Finland. The very few disciplined vendors are making quite a bit of money. Sounds like the US, eh? Self control and discipline are key to success in any endeavor, but once you bring on employees, that element is easily lost - You can't put the fear of God into anyone for long and get away with it anywhere except in Russia.
