Sent Wednesday, recieved today. Very fast shipping. Also communication was very good. Service was second to none. 10/10 thank you Z

 
They got tore open. You can see what was in both.delivered 1st one 2nd one I had to pick up was worse then 1st package as in seeing them clearly. Wasn't Zones fault. Was just stating they still shipped.

 
Little weird donated like 4 or 5 days ago said he would let me know when sent usually have a response much quicker! Hopefully everything good on their side still..

i had that happen to me before, they put it in some plastic bag and apologize for the damage, but content was still there ,but it could of been worse if it penetrated the whole envelope ,i assume postal would freak out like whats this flying everywhere

No still in vac but still very visible both pack one was like tore to em the other literally in half that goods was put on top to the tore card and taped closed

I guess things are good their side. Had the same happen to me, but as soon as they sent trcak. It landed in a thew days of sneding. But I know how you feel when it doesn't go as normal and  you hear nothing. Maybe he is busy with people stocking up for xmas.  It should be sorted soon.   

 
Khalifa, The same situation occurred for me. Emailed 18th to confirm he's accepting orders, he replied yes. I ordered 19th, he replied that he will collect Payment and email tracking. It's been 4 days and I have emailed him 3x and no response. Last 2 orders went smooth as butter. He sent tracking immediately as promised, arrived fast. I'm confused.

Again, this is something that continually comes up this thread. You won't hear much from Zone, but you will receive. Unless delivery times get ridiculous, let's put communication to one side.

Really hope you get your package mate but I totally understand why you wouldn't order from him again. Back when I started purchasing online, poor communication was a deal breaker for me. Now I just order and what I want, sit back and wait on the postman.

Ask PTFC what I was like this time last year regarding waiting on deliveries. I was the most inpatient, paranoid and desperate person going haha.

Once you get it please be sure to post your order date, payment date, posting date and receiving. It will really help other members. Posting before delivery starts big discussions like this and makes looking for reviews a slog.

It will arrive. Have faith in the fact a mod told you not to worry.

I think it's worth pointing out that a payment has been picked up and there's know indication anything has moved for days after pick up, and I don't mind reading about it. Some people who use vendors from this area do so because of the short delivery times, amongst other reasons. If you have to wait a week after paying before anything starts moving, then wait another 4/7 days for delivery. Reading that might make you choose another place that has a quicker turnaround.  If for some reason you need something quick.

 
Again, we are veering away, put the delivery times in reviews, that's the watermark for members to make an informed decision. There should be no discussion of any part of the process before receipt anyway. We don't need updates on how people's orders are coming along. There isn't one review on this page, and I will not say it again, direct questions about the vendor and their products and reviews only. Anything else will be a thread ban.

 
We really don't want to see anything else off topic, this is getting dealt with staff side anyway and has been for a while folks. Again, I wouldn't be at all concerned about your orders, they'll come through as ever.

Great communication as always.  Slightly slower process but it involved me making payment on a Sunday, and delivery was also over the next weekend.

Zone as always is the man! Top notch!
