I last ordered and funds were picked up the next day and was told they would be shipped out in 2 days. However, It wasn't until xxxxx that Zone sent an email about half the items being shipped. Then said the rest would be the next day, which turned out to be xxx. As of now I haven't received any of zone's letters. In the past all of them have come through and while slow to respond very reliable. Can anyone shed some light on this? I'm in SE USA. Been using this site for years and zone a long time.

He provided tracking numbers but they don't show up in the US. They don't even say where they are going on that site..still haven't received, and still haven't heard a word despite many emails to ask

yes please check with Z for new  receiver , prev receiver unable to collect, i had to wait 2hours on the phone to get MG to refund me 3-10days it takes..

when in doubt ask Z or ask a moderator like PTFC or ADMIN! do not give out secure info in here, 

there is a new receiver name and you need to email Z for it, even if the email delay in communication is there, Z is responding fast to ppl replying back from what i understand is to make sure they are using the receiver name>! !!
