I had insurance on mine I contacted them at the three week mark and then just wrote it off as a loss but it showed up unexpectedly 
Thank you for answering.  I didn't buy the insurance, have used them successfully for last 6 months or so, never had to wait this long for order, & now seeing all the negative comments on DBF, so I guess I need to find a new vendor...Hope I'm not "flaming"--I don't even know what that is....

 
Ordered TTM, rec'd e-mail "shipped" on March 1 and March 2, 2016

Today April 14, 2016--still have not gotten either of two packages (order split into two envelopes)

Have sent e-mails inquiring about re-order, asking them to double check if items shipped, NO RESPONSE

Conclusion--F'd out of about $400, have used in past, now seeing warning, going to go back to other vendors

I'm pretty sure your dates of March 1-2 are included in those dates TTM is reshipping orders due to problems on there end. Several members have received emails stating that fact.  Someone please correct me if wrong.

 
I just noticed they reshipped my order on 4-10 from checking my email, but I had no insurance? Does that mean they never shipped my original from early march, or are they just doing reships to everyone at this point?

 
I didn't buy insurance I received an email a few days ago stating that they were reshipping orders from February 22 to March 9th. I then received another email with order number ###### reshipped April ##

Im not expecting a reship but time will tell. TTM will not be forthcoming about how hundreds of orders disappeared. My understanding is that no orders left SA and they are reshipping to March 15th. If you bought insurance with your original  order it will cover the reship if it's seized by customs

@Mcsorley you believe you won't receive your reshipped package? Seems like people are getting them in from a few posts above so far. Just wondering why you think it wouldn't come in?

 
i contacted them a few days ago about a no show shipped march 7 and they responded saying everything through march 15th will be reshipped. had this been a few people, i think they wouldn't have done anything for those who didn't buy insurance. the threat of losing all business probably got them to change their mind and tone and reship everything out.  to those who get doubles, may the force be with you

 
I posted earlier about receiving mine from 2/28 (reshipped 3/28) on 4/12.  I wanted to add that I didn't have insurance on it, either.  Everything is the same, product-wise.  While I know that this has been a long ordeal for everyone (myself included).  keep the faith!  I hope that everyone has a good outcome, even if it takes a long time....

 
Got a e-mail from them saying my March 8th order was being re-shipped.  1st package on 4/12 and second on 4/13.  Will let you know WHEN it arrives!  I like to think positive ?  They have been 100% reliable for me.  And no, I didn't have insurance.  Had a period a while back with some problems that caused some shipping delays.  Got the same flack from buyers but eventually came through.

Yes i too have an email from them said that they will reship my order from march 8. But only after that i had made a email to them about my no show order, then they email me back on my reship. Oh well at least now i have a answer instead of waiting in stressed. Hope everything is back to normal and keeping my fingers crossed for a smooth sailing.

(The first 2 sentence quoted my actual email). and that I'm only waiting for another week for a resolution to 2 packages 3/8 & 3/9



its worded so it doesn't make much sense, but no doubt this was a weak attemp to be insulting. Without cursing me out. Juvenile and unprofessional after being a 6 year customer I'm done with them until things get right. Oh yeah and I'm now banned. Big fucking deal new Po box, different credit card and I can go right back to using them IF I choose to. They act as those it's some prestiges cult club.

Two and a half weeks later they sent an email saying reshipping original missing 3/8 order on April 12

 
I sent TTM an email about not receiving and got this prompt reply at the bottom of this page.  I never received a shipping confirmation but did receive my package on April 13th.  My original order was on Feb. 20th.  I would definitely try a small order again but first I want to see if any of you guys get yours.  Thanks for all the info and I hope this helps.

Order reship. We have just become aware that orders mailed between 22/Feb & 29/Feb  went missing on our end and as this is totally out of the ordinary and  not part of the risk you should have to bear, we will be reshipping  all of these orders as soon as possible. If you took the insurance  option on your original order, the insurance will still apply to the  reship we are doing on all orders mailed between 22nd and 29th Feb. Great news! 2 orders form 2/22 and 2/29 both re-shipped one on 3/29 the other 4/4  both received today 4/15! So pleased they are back up and running in my opinion. ?

I placed a order on the 12 of March and received it today.

I've sent them a mail a week ago wich they quickly replied about the problem and were reshipping the orders.

So I'm glad that ttm is back again and doing what they promise to do. Customer service is excellent!

I just got email confirmation that my 2nd "missing" order w/TTM, placed on 15 Mar 2016 is now being reshipped. (no ins)

My first reship arrived 9 days from being mailed (2 Apr) and was noted in my account records. So I am back on-board with TTM.

Guys, Gals please give a general location when reporting arrivals.  Really no one is asking for your home address just a general locale so others waiting in that area will have an idea when there items will arrive.

 
Good idea Garvels if locations are given others can gauge if there own re-ships are gonna turn up soon based on receivers location and what date the replacement was sent?....
