Thank you for answering. I didn't buy the insurance, have used them successfully for last 6 months or so, never had to wait this long for order, & now seeing all the negative comments on DBF, so I guess I need to find a new vendor...Hope I'm not "flaming"--I don't even know what that is....I had insurance on mine I contacted them at the three week mark and then just wrote it off as a loss but it showed up unexpectedly
