@SpecialKaye.....the email address I supplied is er.....mmmm.......NOT real. I was being a bit of a smart azz when I posted it.

The only way I know to contact "A" is through her website,which appears to be down at the moment.

I would suggest that you try another vendor that has positive reviews AND an active website. There should be plenty in this section that meet those qualifications.

I did finally get the email address but no reply yet, I'm guessing business is booming. :)

 
Well she did get a new email too. Sorry I don't have it anymore. She said shed keep checking the old one but not as much. Try her again in a day or 2. Maybe ..

I think I fell through the cracks and having a holiday stuck in here isn't gonna help. I know A always makes things work but I don't think she's around now and don't know what to expect. She's always been the best so I still have a glimmer of hope but don't know if she can work things out with the holiday. I feel left in the dark for the first time with A. Will let you know how this turns out, but I think I'm out of luck this week

I'm not sure of your "EXACT situation", but believe it or not, unlike other vendors, who may seem to reply more frequently when you send them numerously large/more frequent amounts of e-mails, "A" seems to be the "EXACT" opposite and the less you e-mail her with the least amount of wording, getting straight to the point, and of course, most importantly being very patient on top of all that, will get you A LOT FARTHER with her than sending even few/multiple unneccessary e-mails a day... that's just how it is with her and I'm sure everyone in this thread who deals with her will tell you the same...

Now I said I am not sure of your "EXACT situation" in the beginning of my post... and hopefully, the above situation is not the case with you... and in fact is the EXACT OPPOSITE... so if I am correct on that point... definitely keep it that way...

Because it is with "others" and with those "others", if anything, it gets them nowhere fast, rather than results they seek in a much more timely manner...

Just thought I'd drop my 2 cents here real quick in hopes it will help someone out!

Well I spoke with R today and he said ups is not working Friday but if you order Wednesday with next day you will receive Friday. If you order Friday tho you won't until Tuesday. Sounds like you may get your package Friday.

Thanks for the import. I always handle my communacations with A like you said. One or two brief sentences and only one email unless she responds asking more. Seems everything has worked out. Once again showing she always was and still is The Best at handleing any problems. Seems everything is on track and shipper must be really screwed up. Got nothing from Mychoice, but tracking says on time for Friday delivery. I know they are closed on Friday but I think it was Interlude who posted on another thread they will deliver next day and Air packages on Friday.She promised me and reminded me that she does deliver what she promises. She is much better than any vendor at handling mishaps. They should switch to her system if they want to get things done and keep customers happy. To person above I got nothing from mychoice but she sent me tn that worked, good luck

 
I agree, jjt6; A is very special, very much like H I think...quiet, professional, unassuming and gets the job done!

She can chat it up when she has time, I've had some fabulous "chat sessions" with her, but she is usually busy during the work week and concentrating on customers.

Because of my shipping choice, I can't use UPS My Choice, but I always get my TN from A and very rarely have issues or problems. If something does happen, as poop will from time to time, it gets fixed quickly and with a smile! She is a real rock star in my book!

Agree also on the Friday delivery, there just won't be shipments originating that day...a well deserved day off for A and her team.

Hope everyone received as expected and enjoys their holiday! Anyone camping out at WalMart tonight to get the Black Friday sale price of some fabulous yet unnecessary plastic object? ;-D Stay warm if you do!

I gotta give a shout out to these folks, excellent communication & super user feedback!

Only trouble I have is I can no longer send payment with a credit card from WU or Money Gram?? I used to years ago, got back in my account but am limited to a certain dollar amount. SO frustrating (WU not vendor).

Is there a trick to this I'm missing?? I even have the same bank account as I did when I set WU 9-10 years ago, address& phone same too. I'm perplexed!

I wish I could send through my debit card/ checking account but I never have enough in there to buy anything that's not from TJ Maxx-lol. I use credit for everything & used to with WU. Not sure what changed?

Can't say enough about the vendor's kindness & communication- superb!

 
Closed Thursday for Thanksgiving but shipping Friday per a message I got today if that helps
Must have changed their mind? A told me Tuesday that they were closed on Friday......so I'd go with Special Kaye's more recent info!

They are working BUT ups isn't. Basically no orders will originate on Friday. Orders originating Wednesday will ship Friday. Ups website explains it all.

Also check the Xmas schedule. Will help to plan ahead.

They stole everything I had in my home: cash, electronics, and mags, and forced me to transfer $20K in Bitcoin. it is a huge loss and I'm still reeling trying to figure out what i.can do to recover. For now I'm just trying to secure what little I have left so they can't take anything else. I'm telling you guys cause theres not many others I can tell. please bare w/ me, it'll take a few days to get back up and running
