No your fine anthro - and you're right too. This was a flawless transaction which is all in my review.  I could have easily ignored it Glenn's attitude (idk, maybe it's just towards me), and yes, I could have just said nothing, but I'm glad I did.

I could have rejected your order and sent your a refund. I would have been super happy to do so! I would have also gladly refunded your postage to send your money. I am sure you wont have any trouble finding a new reliable vendor that will coddle you. Good Luck.

hey guys, we are getting a lot of new customers, and i want to take a minute to point out some tips that will save us both some time and trouble, and back and forth with emails. I know how frustrating it is waiting for a reply to your emails, I do have a full time job that I try to juggle along with this venture. I think its important that I blend in with society, and what better way than to get up and go to work everyday just like normal people do, so that means during the week 8-4, it may take some time for me to answer your emails. Please be patient. here are some tips that will help the process go smoothly.

1. Once you decide on your order and have sent payment, please send me one email with the following information, A. tracking number (no spaces), B. amount sent (show the amount that is included for shipping), C. product and quantity ordered, D. shipping name and address.

2. Once that order has been completed, and if you decide to make another order, please start a brand new thread versus using reply to the existing conversation. Most of what i do is on my cell phone and I always delete emails after the information I need has been recorded. I will scroll to the bottom of the email to hit the delete button, and some of the emails are very long and it takes a long time to scroll down, also, it will reach a point to where the email thread is so big, hush will not let me reply.

3. Try to make your donation look like anything but a donation, this means large bills(as many as possible), flatten/spread them out among some papers or a thin magazine so that the letter appears to have documents. (no bulges). Please do not write anything inside the envelope that could be removed a trash can and raise eyebrows, please don't write a note inside the envelope stating what your going to obtain(which some of you do). Its ok to write your email address on the  paper inside the envelope, but nothing else.

4. For the most part, i prefer usps priority back and forth, I think it draw the least amount of attention to the people that are exposed to our mail. I do understand that some of you prefer express or overnight, and I will allow it for orders over a certain amount, I want to keep this to a minimum, so please don't ask me to send a express for a order that below the minimum for express. And please, do not put me on the spot and ask me to ship before the donation arrives. I am not a cruel person, (despite what hemlock thinks.) I would love to ship everyone's order as soon as I got a working tracking number, unfortunately, Its not a good business decision. I wish my supplier would ship to me before he gets my payment, but he wont do it either.

5. And if I am short with my replies, or I point out something I want you to change,  it doesn't mean i am upset with you, it just means I am busy trying to get my work done so everyone can receive on time. It is a very demanding thing i do, to juggle 2 jobs and make sure nobody gets stuck without their order. I am doing the very best I can, and I so very much do appreciate each and everyone of you guys that keep coming back for repeat orders, no matter the size. Thanks for letting me hang around.

 
Glenn - I never said you were cruel, or dishonest. You have always made good on your orders.

For those of you who read my entire review, it's 100% positive besides your attitude and lack of appreciation. You should work on that regardless of how busy you are - it doesn't take any extra time to be polite, and if people misread you as being rude, you end up with reviews like mine which will take up much more time to respond to.

As I told you before, I appreciate you accepting my order regardless of my oversight on your minimum. 

Mods - I realize I've already given my review but it seems that some people are missing the point, so I appreciate you allowing me to reiterate what I've said.

 
Sure, I'll allow it. But it just goes to show you can't please 100% of the customers all the time, no matter how hard you try.

I guess I don't expect a big "thank you" wrapped up in a bow for every order or review I make.  And, I have always considered Glenn's shipping quite reasonable.

Now that I've had my say, we can get back to ;) reviews

 
Review time. Typical boring transaction this week. Nothing went wrong and Glenn did what he said when he said and I got what I ordered when I expected to get it. I'm just going to start cutting and pasting my reviews because it's always the same. Perfect.

He was also a slight dick to me at first. Told me minimum order was 300. When I asked For a tester. Same response. "What don't you get" which has never been discussed between us. Then new one came out with a min of 250. I dunno. Take it with a grain of salt I guess. Guy does what he does and follows thru so can't beat em up to much. 

 
I am just starting my relationship with G and drugbuyersguide( reader only for years). So, I will keep you guys informed. Thank you for the input/ reviews because I am in desperate need of a source. The people that have experience with vendors have saved my a@@ more than once. So, keep up the good work and thank you.

If you have read the recent reviews, you will notice that Glenn currently has a couple items that have not always been available. 1mg zanners and the hard to find patches.

 
Thanks @2earls for this vendor. Glenn is a person of his word. Sent donation on day one, received on day four all in good order. Follow instructions and help keep this one going folks. I am new to DBG and have reached out to G 3 times.  I am severely lacking in what to do and how to do it and have been without for over 4 months now and just can't wait any longer.  Does any one have another excellent US vendor I can contact that's as excellent as G?  I know he is extremely busy and I feel bad for even  contacting him but I almost lost my $$$$ and cannot afford for that to happen and am stil without relief.  Looking for p"s (percolating the coffee) or r's I found this group the  other day and am so very appreciative of EVERYONE and their advice!  THANK YOU!!!!  I  feel like I won the lottery by meeting you all and  being accepted in to your group.  I seriously need some help with G's offering or someone else with similar.  Thank you!!!  Not  sure of  G's prices, products or how to make payment.

Thank you G!! It sounds like you are more than a stand up guy and a class act and I am grateful to have "found" you thanks to the awesome people in this group. I seriously feel like I won the lottery! Is there anyway to get a schedule and how the donation process works because I want to donate to this extremely worthy cause - just not sure how to go about that.. Thank you so very much for your help! I know you work full-time and have lots going on.  Will be very patient but it's been over 4 months and need to donate ASAP.. Thanks for your patience with ME - a brand new newbie, beginner.. THANKS ALL!!

 
Trinity - Just speak with the vendor over email (address is on the first page of this thread). He will answer all of your questions. Please only use this thread for reviews AFTER you receive an order. (believe me I understand - I made the same mistake when I was new).

B @ bigblueallda: {Visit your local Driver Service Bureau with the necessary documents: original birth certificate, Social Security card, and two proofs of your state's residency. } I definitely provided this when I had to get a new ID when i let mine go expired too long maybe I unknowingly got one but I think it is pretty standard here.
  2. B @ bigblueallda: Well it was a state id renewal. Before that there was a mixup and I had lost my birth certficate and social security number. After a couple of weeks and finally getting several documents in order I was able to get a state ID. It had been expired previously for a little too long and they wanted all kinds of proof. It was a mess. But nah I looked up what to look for an my state's ID to see if it is a Real Id or not and my card as the symbol it is supposed to have. I'll take a closer look though

I am not due till 2026 and I am sure they will make me go in since my pic would be 8 years old - they used to make you go in in my state for aging when I was younger, then went paper - then back to picture ( I think 9/11 to blame for that ) but relaxed it.

It has the star on top right and says "Rea: ID" Mine says ' NOT A Real ID" . I never knew what a Real ID was and never bothered to ask - I think I somehow was under the impression that it was for either military / gov't workers who had to travel over seas. WRONG lol.
