I'm going to write them an email saying I was short one pill on my order. Seriously.
I would think they are the same, just like there 3 diff. Garlics and there all the same as well.anyone else get the email about samples from them? also, the "diazepam" is cheaper than the "cerevit". i have had good experience with the cerevit, with the K on it, but is the diazepam as good? same thing? cuz its a little cheaper so i was considering ordering that this time

Yes I got the same email as probably most other on their email list did. But they are looking for suggestions on how to increase their client base. I've already sent them 11 suggestions with no response. Just using us, I say, just using us!!!!!! They are the same thing. But, speaking from very recent experience, I went with the cheapest option.. and the cerevits look sort of... sloppy. Like, if I got them from a Walgreens, I'd think they look weird. I don't think people are ranting and raving, or making things to complicated. We went over that concept in this thread pages ago. We have people here who haven't received orders and NEVER received responses. You can't just pop in here defending a pharm against accusations you know nothing about. Read the whole thread from start to finish, look at the shit they've pulled. I have, I mean, I brought Palmira to DBG so I do have a leg to stand on here. Somebody else would have if not me but, I've been on the thread since it's inception in the "discussion" section.In regard to the communication via e-mail. I lived in Costa Rica for 5 years. I speak decent Spanish. I called them via Skype and from my impression, they have only have one person who speaks English, and more difficult only one who can write decently in English. They gave me extra on previous order.
If you keep emails at .es short and to the point, they have always been willing to solve any problem. If you send a full page of complaints and rants, I doubt they can understand what you mean. This is a real Pharmacy in central america on a busy street in downtown. Americans want responses done immediately, Latins is a more laid back culture, but as long as I get my order in 3-7 days I am happy. Their packaging is the best I have seen. I have never have one not pass.
I consider prompt service, cheap, decent products, and the ability to get you the product in 3-5 days as being professional.
If you're posting to calm people down, I admire that. You also seem to want to help people understand their end of the business which is good. I started using them in June of this year.
When I can't get a reasonable e-mail response on my order, I have their phone numbers call them on SKYPE and they send my order that same day. It costs 2 cents per minute with skype and my shipment is sent out the same day.
My only point is that they have one English speaking person to handle the internet orders. If you are frustrated about an order call them on tele/skype ask for "M" she has always been professional with me.
My goal is to easy the freak outs that don't know how to solve the problems I am hearing on this forum.
There are Mex veders that sell twice the price and many are bunk meds.

I have absolutely zero experience with, nor interest in, this particular vendor, but my man Soldier does, and is the resident expert where they're concerned, so as far as I'm concerned, whatever the skull says is the authoritative and final word. Anyway, that being said, I also wanted to speak to something I know quite a bit about, that being the Mexican vendors discussed on this forum. They are indeed quite expensive, particularly in comparison to this vendor, but as for the authenticity and quality of their products and service, there simply is no evidence at all to support the characterization of their products as "many being bunk meds". Not the vendors you can read about here on DBG anyway.Mex vendors and IOP's can't come close to competing with these prices, however, our Mex vendors are extremely reliable and sell all real meds, arguably more potent than the Futbols Americanas Purpuras. So please don't discredit our Mex Vendors. There are a lot of experienced members who use them and follow their threads. There have been no reports of anything but quality.

When I first started ordering meds with a Mexican source I got the run around. Some are fly by night and I often never got my money back. I know there are standout Mex suppliers, but I have not found one.. I sent MG's and my money disappeared after a lot of run around. If you have a reliable MEX vendor ( I am open minded ) please let me know. I might be biased. but "M" at "Palm" has never let me down. I know that I can check on my order any time simply by calling her.
I simply wanted help other members who were in radio silence with 'Palm" through e-maili. Also the order I place yesterday, I don't expect until around New Years. Latins take about 10 days off from Christmas to New years as I lived in Costa Rica for a few years.I just want to help members who are "freaking out because they don't get any immediate email.
