As you and some others are relatively new on this forum and not really my place but we really ddon't like to talk about shipping methods, packaging descriptions, etc. Never know who's watching. Not a flame just a curtisy note to protect the IOP's and us. Apologize admin if I overstepped my boundaries.
I under stand what your saying. I still am very vague about my details. This is not my first rodeo with this place or others alike. I just decided to join the group for periodic updates about a certain IOP and liked the atmosphere of the community. My IP address is mirrored so I am very anonymous. I do see some over detailed posts and I agree some people should just PM each other instead of talk openly about it. I got the info I was looking for and am happy.

Try the new email they just sent out. I got a response in about 5 minuets. I can PM it to you if you would like. The turn around time is about 5-7 vs the 2-3 we were all loving so much. Just gonna have to get prepared a little earlier next time.

It's the weekend they may not communicate back until Monday but use the yahoo.es email address not the yahoo.com address to send messages. They ereturned my emails last night using that address but have heard nothing today so probably taken the weekend off. Patience my friend.

I ordered on Monday, haven't heard a peep since then. No emails, nada. But it's good to hear all of your orders are coming thru, so I'm not too worried. (Yet /default_wink.png )

The 6-7 days turnaround time is probably due to the holiday season. Still fast -- BUT, I did start using this site BECAUSE of their ridiculously nice 2-3 days shipping.

Hopefully after the New Year, they return to old form... otherwise, I know other IOP's have ~7 day delivery, and they charge much less for shipping /default_tongue.png Gotta love the iop game!! :D

 
Off-topic: If I had the balls, I'd order 500+ garlics and just stock up... but I don't know how some of ya'll are brave enough to order that many at once! /default_tongue.png

I know there are vague rules about this info on the forum but if LE wanted to know their packaging, they'd order from them. I'm sure it's in the budget, and most probably play football on the weekends anyway.

I got 4 emails from them in the past few days. In it was a yahoo.com that bounces and a yahoo.es that I have yet to get a reply to. The gist of these emails is that they want to improve customer service and communication so how come no reply? :)

I think they take off on weekends bud, but you should get a response tommarow, let us know if you do though, have a good one!

 
I placed 2 recent orders with them within the month and they were super fast and decent quality and I was over all a happy camper. I placed 2 more orders with them and the money has been removed from the accounts the orders have not been shipped. I have not received the shipping confirmations like i did before. I have no way to contact them because the phone number on their website doesn't work, the contact form doesn't work, and their email they have listed doesn't work. Does anyone know of any way to contact these people?

I have been trying that one, (I think it's the right one, but would appreciate a PM so I know for certain) and no replies, but at least no bounce backs. It's true they don't work on weekends. I imagine they are dreading opening their email this morning.

it bounced back for me........they already took money out of my account and emailed me nothing...plus i havent gotten my shipment yet wich im actually starting to worry about.
 
So I e-mailed on the .es account and have not got a bounce back, if hear any thing ill be sure to post as I am waiting too!

For anyone worrying -- just chill. Everything in my order arrived, before breakfast time >_< (but that's ok!)

Only enough extra footballs for a 2-point conversion but that's ok /default_tongue.png Everything accounted for.

My total wait time was 7 days, order to door. More importantly, I had no confirmation or tracking and everything arrived.

So, they are just busy I suppose. Anyways, I'm satisfied... for now /default_wink.png Back to sleep!

One more thing -- like the last time I ordered, cerevit aren't all the same color... Some are noticeably lighter in color, some are darker, some are slightly deformed in shape.

Didn't test any yet. BUT, last time I'd say they were a 8/10, so I'm expecting the same this time around. Cheers!

These tariffs/supply chain issues are causing them not to receive product due to seizure/denial. At a certain point they gotta get there money somewhere. Just be careful who you buy from y'all
