I've never ordered from these guys. Can anyone give me a quick rundown of what they normally sell? thanks

 
I am starting to recall this radio silence thing happened two or three years ago with them. I think the heat was on. There were no emails and, more importantly, no deliveries for a LONG time. But for them to put out a Christmas newsletter when so many people are nervously contacting them seems like a good sign. I'm holding out hope that Burgertime's delivery will be the rule and not the exception.

 
Glad to hear BurgerTime got his goods. Don't panic if you're waiting on an order. I've been around the scene a long time... Back when paying with a credit card was merely a dream LOL. Let's not get too spoiled, hell... even a 5-7 day turnaround is GREAT as far as iop's go. We are just used to lightning fast orders now.

My advice would be not to bombard them... They might be working at 100% to fill all orders, without time for e-mails. Also, snail mail moves slower this month, because of all the holiday mail. I'm figuring they're just busy in general this month, and next month they'll return to normal. (A huge improvement, I know /default_tongue.png) I'll gladly choose less communication if it means they can still deliver in a few days /default_tongue.png

Anyways, if they're not gonna respond, there's no use in bombarding them and pissing them off. I don't want the price of garlic to skyrocket out of spite /default_wink.png iop's are all the same around this time of year, I only ordered this month out of necessity. See ya back in here (hopefully) when my package arrives. Cheers!

 
What's even better is that I just found two leftover bottles of their products from my previous order (years ago) - and they're still good, if a little less potent. They had a smoking deal on a bottle of Cere Vit 10mg x 250 at that time. I thought they just gave me a headache, so I stashed them away and forgot about them. But they seem to work ok now. And the old stress away seems to work just as well as it did before I misplaced it.

This new shipment of footballs seems ok to me too.

 
So, Is there a place for special instructions where I can include a note about the shortage on my last package? I'm trying to place an order and since there is no way to contact them apparently I want to know how I m supposed to get my missing product. I don't want to have to pay all those fees a third time because between these 2 orders I'll be stocked for 3 months.... As I said, I'd like to place tomorrow afternoon so if there's anyone who can help me quickly I'd appreciate it... but please don't hate me for my request for hastiness...

Well, we should have at least gotten a confirmation email because that is auto-generated by the cart/form. That's what has me concerned. I understand them not having time to respond to the freakout emails (ahem, MY freakout emails.)

 
I was about to make a post for some garlic 1mg. Sold out of 2mg ALSO. I hope they are back up by monday.

This is bad. No need paying the shipping cost without what I need the most. Although I was going to try other goodies. ----- YOU play football this last week from Them ?

Good luck, they are currently out of most of the less expensive varieties of a number of their products especially footballs unless you go with the more expensive brand varieties and even most of those are gone. The only ones left are the smaller size footballs. Looks like everybody ordered at about the same time and they are completely swamped and understocked. I'd just wait until after Jan1 to order if you can make it, otherwise it's the boys from down south if you got the jack. I'm waiting on two orders and they have not even requested the funds through my CC after 3 days (very unusual for them). So patience is the name of the game right now. They'll come through but it may take 5-7 days other than their usual 2-3 days.

They are always out of the larger footballs (2's).

I ordered on Frday and got my package yesterday. 600 1m Garlics. Didn't get an automated message or shipment email either. But the package did come, albeit a bit slower than normal. Southeast USA

 
so that's where all the footballs went!!!!!!!! But glad to hear you got them, although a little slower than usual and did not get all the usual info sent. Positive.

 
anybody get there delivery today? I ordered tuesday and I never got a email conformation. Got a conformation on the website but no auto-mated email like normal. My card has been charged but not as much as a peep from them. I normally get a email tracking the day of the delivery so just kinda wondering if anyone ordered this week and got their package. Any feedback would be awesome.. thanks

 
RESPONSE FROM PALMIRA!!!!

Wow - I just got another email from Palmira saying they have a new secure website. In the email they gave an alternate email address. Just use the yahoo address but instead of .com use .es. I had a reply within 5 min. But don't bombard them. They are saying they are now going to a 24 hr a day CS email line. I guess it's this new one.

To everyone worried about not receiving their tracking or confirmation - have you checked your junk email folder?

 
So I emailied the .es to tell them about my last order being shorted requesting that they remedy the situation.. I'll let you guys know how they react because this is a big test of their customer service and I'm really hopig that they'll make it right. The missig product was the 1mg garlic but i specified that I'd be okay if they replaced it with an equal amount of the 0.5mg garlics in addition to the ones I just ordered with some meno robis... I had a few broken tabs which I said I didn't mind and that I could understand how they could get broken in transit so hopefully they'll replace at least the missig ones but the powdered ones would be great as well.. And for the record.... to try to make it easier on them I ordered around $238 this time.. Last time was just over $300 so it isn't like Im ordering 30 footballs asking them to replace 100 so I'm really hoping we can fix this... Leep your fingers crossed for me and I'll be sure to keep everyoone posted

Got s fast response from the new email . They confirmed that the order is on its way. Most likely Monday.

As you and some others are relatively new on this forum and not really my place but we really ddon't like to talk about shipping methods, packaging descriptions, etc. Never know who's watching. Not a flame just a curtisy note to protect the IOP's and us. Apologize admin if I overstepped my boundaries.
