I don't know what's up with these guys. They won't even answer my emails. All I want is some more detailed info on a product so the code list I give out has better information. Geez. Has ANYONE heard from them?

Can someone PM me the email address they've been using for communication? I ordered from them years ago and used a "dm[...]@hotmail" address, but it bounces back now. All other email addresses I've found bounce as well. I didn't get a confirmation email which caused me to submit the same order twice. Oops. I guess it's a mistake I can afford to make, but I really only want one order.

Wow, they got seized. Now that's something that is very uncommon now. Yes, their communication was super fast and very friendly. The thread was pretty established by the time I found it on DB. I posted when I received something or had a comment, but I mostly lurked because I really got a bad vibe from that site. Sometimes it was funny, but I mostly sensed sarcasm and hostility, especially towards new members. I really had no urge to be a part of it. I kind of took to this site for some reason, I know it's hard to tell, but I really like posting here.

Its cause this place is awesome!!! but i recieved somthing today to mellow me out ...so iv decided to do an experement with what days i place, think ill start tonight

Having the exact same problem. I'm worried. Placed my order very early Monday morning, and I never got a confirmation which put my antlers up right away. I've emailed twice, no response. yea my experiments gone wrong........recieved an order monday but ordered a new one wed and got a confermation # but no email..........makes me a little nervous too......i know they took money out of my account in the same amount of time "imediatly" but still waiting on an email..........hopefully there just goin way down low so there not sending emails. Hopefully i see somthing by Mon or i might puke. Way to close to xmas for this BS:-( BOOOOOOOOOOO

Same here for me. Placed 2 orders this week with no confirmation email. veerryy unusual for them. Is anyone actually receiving a track#? I've sent multiple emails due to a CC issue with one of the orders and have had no response at all. And I've tried to contact them through their contact form but when I send, it it immediately comes back with a 404 errror. Anybody got another email address besides the t.......@h....c address? PM probably would be better. I tried the yahoo address and returned undeliverable. So I don't know what's going on with them.

Order was placed this week. Tendered to the shipper one day before it showed up at my door. I'm being nonspecific on purpose to limit the possibility of someone correlating this post with a particular order. I'm sure your order will show up soon.

I also need a current contact email for them because my last order was shorted 90 sportsballs... I'm sure it was an honest mistake and I'm sure somebody else who ordered the same day will end up very happy to have the extra but now I'm faced with having to try to contact them to get my last order straightened out. If someone can please PM me an email and anyone who has had a similar experience and then had them make good any reassurances would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance to whoever can help me

All email addresses I've tried for them have failed. Even their recent "Christmas Newsletter" was sent from an address that doesn't work. I also asked that someone PM me with a working address but haven't received anything.

I emailed that address before. A day later it came back as "delayed". The next day, "undeliverable". Maybe the mailbox was jammed?

Anyway, found a recent thread on another forum, seems like these guys have gone into "radio silence". They're not contacting anyone, even if you write in Spanish, as one member tried.
