Have an order that is just saying delayed was supposed to be here already can’t get any help from ups what do i do? Freaking out

Well according to the other person before he got the gov thing it said delayed and ours was mailed by same person on same day so
 
any updates on this issue? What "govt" thing were you referring to in your original email BTW? Something get snagged ?
 
i have gotten the "delayed" tracking recently. turned out to be because of the extreme high temperatures in that state was the excuse
