Have an order that is just saying delayed was supposed to be here already can’t get any help from ups what do i do? Freaking out

Well according to the other person before he got the gov thing it said delayed and ours was mailed by same person on same day so

i have gotten the "delayed" tracking recently. turned out to be because of the extreme high temperatures in that state was the excuse
