LOL.... I so BADLY want to go home and sleep.  Just finishing up 24 hours of 48 @ work..... BTW.... working on a viable back up for you on the one thing..... hopefully something good / reliable to report by Monday.  Thanks for getting me the front / back of the tab when you can.  Do my best to find what it actually is.  Will start with K, move from there if need be.  It's not bathtub, that much I am confident in.  S-

Their cc processor worked just fine when they took my money today..doesnt say authorized tramsaction, it says cash settlement..meaning not pending...

I did some looking into why charges would hang around and then drop off all of a sudden like that - it is their processor who is not putting thru the invoices.  All financial institutions have different time frames - some only 72 hours, and if they haven't gotten whatever it is they are sent, they drop the charge.  On the other hand, if say, they get whatever they need on mine at some point, they'll just take the money out and life goes on - hopefully without overdraft fees.  So you seem to be on the right track.

YES TO ALL.   

 I have used this site plenty of times. It is not uncommon that a international credit card or debit charge will appear on your billing statement, And then vanish for several days or over a weekend. And then RE-APPEAR of the Credit Card statement. I find this happens allot for large International credit card purchases. 

As for PALM. -- -They are only semi reliable. They could have it to you in 3 days sometimes and 6 weeks at others.

I had to give them up because I was forced to do a chargeback --- After me and my friend both placed orders that never arrived. 

So I am not surprised that this mom and pop biz got there credit card processor shut down or problems. 

I loved this site. But they screwed me and a buddy all within a short amount of time. & I really dont think it was a problem with the shipping they LEGIT ripped us off. My buddy lives in a completely different location so I WOULD MOVE ON if anyone is still using this site.

THIS site has a very bad rep for getting stuff out quickly. It used to be 3-6 days order to door. Then I had a few take month + After my last order never got shipped or anything I had to charge back. 

Garbage, its a shame palm used to be really good. I trust Top TEN meds WAY WAY MORE>

BLACK LIST IS NO GOOD.

Ok.. so 1 set of charges was released back into my acct, but the other one..the cash settlement adjustment is still there. I dont mind as long as i get my package soon. I placed order tuesday and still nothing... coming to terms that if its not here by wed... imdoing a charge back..

Yes, but 50/50 for Monday.  They might have had a delay from hub to your local location, especially if you are somewhat rural.  don't know of anyone else who did not receive Friday but you.... couple folks did get some stuff they didn't order, that happens.... far more than it should with some of their products, not so much with others.  They may be having stock issues as well, IDK.  But if your charge cleared, you shipped or will ship Tuesday, TN or no TN. did you take the advice from PM sent?  S-

Jess...  99% of people receive their orders when using the correct website and a credit card.  That said, they do NOT receive often in the time frame vendor promises and orders are NOT always correct when it comes to the product inside.  They for sure messed up on your order, no doubt.  Charge through, should ship Tuesday, IMHO.  Looks like left hanging until Wednesday, which sucks.  These screw ups are some of the BL reasons.  hang in there.  S-

Guess who knocked on my door this morning. I got a reship. Good, yet very unexpected news. Bad news: the reship STILL HAS THOSE BLOODY MYSTERY PILLS IN IT! I wrote a detailed email asking Maria to fix this mess, basically. I don't even care about getting some money back. I just want my old football friends. I also know my nosey carrier is DYING to know what's going on. Had I known they were sending more out, I'd have given a different address.

Today is insanely stressful, so I MAY try a full mystery pill, though now that I think about it...no, I won't. I have to go in to work tomorrow (I usually work from home), and if I have some weird "result" from these oddball things, I don't want to come in looking like road kill.

One take away from this debacle is that they do seem to be shipping on the slower side. But again, we were being pretty spoiled there for a while. Try not to panic until after 10 days have gone by.

Well.. u got 2 shipments in a week and i havnt even received 1... so consider yourself lucky. How are u communicating with these people to get reshipments?

In one of my convoluted tales upthread, I mentioned ordering some As and Zs and mad that I didn't remember the Ds. Though I got a confirmation number, that shipment never posted to my AMEX. Not even a pending auth. I even called them, and was told there was no international activity at all on the card. So after 3 days, I cancelled the card to be on the safe side. And went ahead and placed a new order on my MC, this time remembering the Ds.

It seems that the shipment that arrived yesterday was the initial order I placed that AMEX had never even heard of. The shipment that arrived today was obviously the second order I placed on my MC, as it included the Ds. So it just keeps getting more oddball with them. Also, in both orders, no footballs, only the weird pills. Boo!

So these aren't reshipments, they are two original shipments that arrived on top of each other. I've been *trying* to communicate with these guys, not a SINGLE email response in all of this...
