Average wait time for me was about 7-9 before the change.... I expect nothing except the fastest delivery from these ppl. Every time they have been A+ so I wouldn't worry. 

And as far as them not showing up, I would just keep orders small and hope. Because the insurance dosen't even sound worth it. I only bought it on my first order. 

Anyway I will post my wait time once mine arrives.

It works out to 20.5% as far as I can tell..By the time they re-ship 4 weeks earliest, transit time frustration..Has me second guessing all the insurance $ I have opted for. But on a large order may make sense. I guess it's luck, or unlucky of  the draw when/ if it's needed. Opiated-

if possible, perhaps try using a friend's address as the shipping address.  They do have the technology to grab a package based on a scanned delivery address.  Your address may be flagged.  Just a thought.  S-

I have a order from July 11th.  Sometimes I can be a little paranoid, hell, I can be a lot paranoid at times. 

Has anybody else had this thought.  TT holds back a days mail ever so often just to scare people into buying

the ins. I am not saying this has happened, but shit like this does go though my head.

Truth be told, that same thought has gone through my head before as well. Either a way of getting people to buy the insurance, or a method of selective scamming. They're the only operation I'm aware of that occasionally has this issue, where sometimes a whole day's "mail bag" gets lost or gets stolen.

Not an accusation, just an observation. Hope yours shows up soon 10ec.

Agree.  Vendors send from multiple senders... (people)  every day. It's not like a business sending out sample pens to a ton of businesses with the business return address on it.... but I have never used TT, so maybe they do say TT on the return addy?

Thanks, I've had several orders in the past, all went well, but this is the first one that fell on one of the "special" dates.

I doubt that has any bearing on it, especially when it's only an option for US customers and very few seem to buy it. Heck it cost so much at 20% that every 5th order pays for itself if you don't use it. Like others have said many times just spend what you can afford to loose, it makes for less worry.

At this point I think the 11th, must be something wrong. As @ HighTide said the 20.5% insurance, every month there is 1 or 2 dates that are "late" or pending..never considered, but that's a huge source of extra income 20%.
