I didn't purchase the insurance so I don't think they'll do anything for me. I've read that it took others up to 23 days to receive so I'm with you @Opiated. Hopefully we receive this week!

It may be ordinary postal service causing delays & headaches, because late last Friday I received an email from another overseas pharmacy I've been with for over a year, always dependable.  They emailed to let me know that my order from July 18 would be late.  Here is their (unsolicited) email to let me know my order would be late:

Dear .............,

 After reviewing your tracking number, it appears that your order will arrive late. 

The delay was caused by the vast amounts of mail going through US customs in addition to technical issues overseas.

Items which entered US customs on or before July 18th have begun to be released today and your should also be released within the next few days. As such, your item should be with you next week.

We are in constant contact with our medical provider to ensure that your order reaches its destination as soon as possible.

Please understand that such customs delays are not entirely uncommon when shipping medication from an official pharmacy overseas.

If you have any questions regarding this matter, please let us know.

I had not contacted them or begun to worry (With them I'm laid back because they always deliver or replace an order if it goes missing) but evidently many people were contacting them for a mass (?) email to be sent to customers - and no, you couldn't read everybody else's email address on it......   /default_smile.png

But international postal & US custom delays could be affecting those of you who haven't gotten package from TT.  The package they are referring to has been in US customs for almost 2 wks. 

In my time with them I've never received an email about postal & customs delays before, so it may be a big mess they've discovered  from people complaining and are proactively notifying their clients.

Christmas in July ?    I don't know why amount of international mail would be significantly more right now. 

The email is all I know.  But maybe some of you had packages get stuck in the mess and will get your packages this week.   Hope so.   /default_smile.png

BTW Order with TT2 processed over weekend, mailed Monday - just as usual.

 
@Denise. Thanks for the info. I'm not giving up hope on my order from the 11th yet. It's just concerning to me that others have received from the 10th and 12th. Kinda makes me think that customs snagged the bag of packs from the 11th.

Yeah, not good that you know mail day before and after delivered. 

Makes one tend to lean in direction of seizure - the "S" word.  /default_angry.png

Chiming in on a dead horse, but TTM2 is absolutely using encryption and network security. Placed an order on Friday 7/26 - confirmed and will receive a shipment update on Monday 7/29.

And a big thank you to all the members who took time to post updates and empower us with timely and accurate information. After the SL debalacle I vowed to keep DBG as a valid, active resource - and I'm so glad I did! Thank you to all the Grand Poobahs and active members - much appreciated!
