This vendor has a natural and attentive way with communication, without being sketchy or stalk-ish.

HM has taken seriously the customer service angle AND backs it up.

I found this experience to be almost enjoyable.  I say almost because enjoyable (for me) would be standing in a short pick up line somewhere walking distance from my home...however we're not reading the "Fantasies" thread.

Although, I would call this first go round with HM: Pretty Fantastic.

From where I sit HM more than earned:

Communication: 12/10

Product:

Visual Inspection: 10/10

Ingestion Inspection: To follow

3 total days for an extremely reasonable amount of clams.

another good order got some of the hard candies as well.. not very potent but pretty tasty

a++ only complain his stock varies a lot more than the SY vendors, so always check before

u orderr to make sure he has something in.

 
Anyone else's tracking number not work? He told me he shipped yesterday and sent tracking.

Went to check the tracking today and it doesn't work. They always work the day the item is shipped, never had to wait over night for the info to show up

 
Yes, that happened to me too with HM when i ordered late on a Saturday night on my last order. He sent me the TN on Sunday but it didnt work until Monday. Before Monday there was no information found when I searched the TN.

I think he gets a TN but the TN doesn't activate until the letters are scanned in by the PO when he actually sends them.

Your order is safe and will arrive, HM has been extremely reliable and honest.

Have you emailed HM to ask? You may get an answer, he's pretty good at responding.

 
Thanks for the reply sneazel. Yeah I did and he said "the po lady was running around and must have gave him the wrong number" and to keep him updated and wait until wed or thurs for it. He said it was beyond his control that he didnt have the right number..idk we'll see when Wednesday and Thursday roll around. Wasn't a cheap purchase which is the only reason why I'm worrying about it

 
It was a package he actually had to go in and send out in person because of weight, not a drop off in a box. So he should have the correct number on a receipt or something, I deal with mailing every week through usps

 
So far HM has a 100% perfect record based on everyones feedback who have tried him.

I think all will be fine with your order and if there were any issues you would most likely get an email from HM.

He even contacted me to be sure a different generic of what I ordered was ok (he ran out of the brand i ordered and restocked with a different one) even though both generics had exactly the same ingredients in the exact same ammounts. He just wanted to be sure that was acceptable to me so I would not be surprised or dissatisfied.

Do post a follow up though this week and let us all know if all works out as expected.

 
For sure ill update later this week. I believe him that its sent and his feedback does speak for itself as no ones had any problems.

Ill be back Wednesday or Thursday at the latest

 
Yeah, there should be no worries. Hman is a great guy. He has been 100% with me as well and will try to accommodate you to the best of his abilities. Good luck!

 
Thanks, Yeah he's a great guy and is very quick to respond. I will definitely be doing more business with him. the tracking number not working just threw me off a lil.

 
I think if you check the tracking number tomorrow you will find package is moving and all is well.

I don't think it's a bad number, just the holiday weekend . I would not be at all surprised if it wasn't in your hands by the 5th. You have nothing to worry about with this vendor, he is one of, if not THE best I have ever used

 
I can't speak to the situation one way or the other, but as a point of clarification, a shipper can pick up a handful of unused TN stickers at the post office, and they don't "go live" until they are scanned at the post office. In this case, if he dropped them off after the week's last business hours, they very well may not show up as live until sometime tomorrow.

well nobody can know for sure what's going on but I've ordered stuff off eBay and the TN never worked. it is usps and it's also a holiday weekend so it could be a number of things, maybe Hydreaux messed up and got a couple numbers mixed up. the possibilities are endless. Whatever the case I don't think you should worry, worst case scenario he sends you a replacement or refund. HM won't leave you hangin bro, just relax and see how things play out. unless he has a second job at the P.O. it really is out of his hands after he drops it off

i ordered from him initially and was a bit worried myself when the tracker didn't work for like 36hrs. then it started working and popped in to my mailbox 2 days later. You're fine not to worry, and depending on what you ordered, when you get the products, you'll be good and relaxed lol
