I have found this vendor to be responsive and helpful via email.
HM's response time is very quick and while we all try to NOT complain too much about waiting for email replies, it really is appreciated when a vendor is attentive to questions and/or information. Having said that, I think it best to never expect near immediate replies from any vendor, even HM.
HM has also been forthright with me regarding potential delays on his end. Again, appreciated and not always something we can expect from vendors (great or otherwise)
Currently, I am awaiting a response from HM, regarding any limitations/caps or preferences "he" has with regards to qty.
My sense is that HM will see (more likely has already seen) a significant increase in business, at least in the short term, due to this forum alone...and in particular one of it's more outspoken members (a wink to Gator)
**I think as a whole community, we will be able to see any unfortunate patterns or problems develop before anything seriously systemic OR endemic can take hold or flourish here.**
If HM and I can come to an agreement, which I am certain we can, I look forward to posting a POSITIVE ending to this post and no later than this Saturday.
