Communication was spot onNot trying to sound like a PITA here, but I placed a bulk order for a magazine and sent an inquiry yesterday regarding status & a new order, no answer, emailed a short line today to make sure that email was received, no reply, feeling frozen out, I know these guys have a lot going on, but every magazine is important to it’s reader… is he just not big on communication once you’ve paid? Even when you’re ready to place another order? Should I look for a backup source?
I get it. It’s a holiday week & you’re busy. Just answer an email, for crying out loud.

Just an update to the community still no subscriptions have arrived and none are showing up as arriving anytime soon on delivery appI wanted to make this post to update the community about this vendor. I ordered 10 days ago and when pack had still not showed up and was not even showing any pending deliveries in my app I reached out. He said that mags I ordered had “extra” material in them and so he was waiting on a new batch. This is 10 days after I ordered and never reached out to tell me this. In my mind source took money for a product he didn’t have and couldn’t deliver in advertised time frame so I should have been offered a refund but at the very least been informed without me having to ask and after checking the mail for almost 2 weeks. The source offered no extras no discount not even an apology. How a source handles mistakes is what separates the good from the bad and this source couldn’t have done much worse. They claim the pack will arrive in 3 days but I don’t even have a “label created” status yet. My delivery app has never let me down in this regard but I know some people have alot of problems out of theirs but mine has always been accurate.
Bottom line for those who didn’t want to read the whole post is the source took money for a mag subscription they didn’t have and couldn’t deliver in advertised timeframe. I was not informed until I inquired about it 10 days after payment received and still no mags. Wasnt offered any kind of extras for mistake or even an apology. How a source handles mistakes says everything you Need to know about them. This is why we do small test orders

Generally speaking there will always be issues with every business across the world. Same thing applies in this part of world but there are ways to handle it. Try a blend of patience and checking in. There’s always admin you can contact too. I understand your frustration bc I’ve been there. Never with Jax tho. Jax has always been honest and taken care of me. He went out of his way for me which I was very gracious for. Unfortunately we’re in the middle of winter, busy season and a massive snow storm is about to hit. I know it’s tough but hang in there. Jax will come thru. The nudie ban rumors doesn’t help subscription materials

Great experience. It was like using Amazon haha. Ordered my books last Monday the 5th got them Friday the 9th Perfect timing. Already setting next subscription. Book number four on point
