Not trying to sound like a PITA here, but I placed a bulk order for a magazine and sent an inquiry yesterday regarding status & a new order, no answer, emailed a short line today to make sure that email was received, no reply, feeling frozen out, I know these guys have a lot going on, but every magazine is important to it’s reader… is he just not big on communication once you’ve paid? Even when you’re ready to place another order? Should I look for a backup source?

I get it. It’s a holiday week & you’re busy. Just answer an email, for crying out loud.

I hate posting this, but I’m tired of vendors who are all ears when you’re ponying up the cash but don’t get back when you ask on status or placing another order. 🤷‍♀️

He was great with me, even checked up on me without having to reach out to him. Communication was spot on
 
As a follow up to my last posts about the wrong item being sent, @Jax High reached back out to let me know it would be a bit longer before the new batch of G was going to be ready. I was offered either a full refund or store credit for a similarly priced mag(s).
I opted for the full refund, which was promptly sent.

Although I didn’t end up with the mag I was hoping for, Jax made things right with the refunded $. He remained professional during the entire course of our communications which I do appreciate. I have had previous successful orders from Jax, so I believe this was likely just an unfortunate/fluke situation.

If/when I do give Jax another go for some different mags in his catalog, I will be sure to report back on the experience.

Order to delivery about a week with a holiday causing one additional day. Received first half of order. OPSEC was good to great, ski mag quality is the best I've had since the old days of the darker side. Be cautious with this reading material guys, especially for those of us older subscribers with underlying health issues.

Second half of subscription will arrive in the next few days. Overall pleased, but wishing other half was here to balance out the effects of skiing. Thanks Jax!

Ugh. Um just sooo impatient! It’s silly when I know he’s busier than normal due to the holiday weekend. Sorry for posting too soon & being a PITA!
 
I wanted to make this post to update the community about this vendor. I ordered 10 days ago and when pack had still not showed up and was not even showing any pending deliveries in my app I reached out. He said that mags I ordered had “extra” material in them and so he was waiting on a new batch. This is 10 days after I ordered and never reached out to tell me this. In my mind source took money for a product he didn’t have and couldn’t deliver in advertised time frame so I should have been offered a refund but at the very least been informed without me having to ask and after checking the mail for almost 2 weeks. The source offered no extras no discount not even an apology. How a source handles mistakes is what separates the good from the bad and this source couldn’t have done much worse. They claim the pack will arrive in 3 days but I don’t even have a “label created” status yet. My delivery app has never let me down in this regard but I know some people have alot of problems out of theirs but mine has always been accurate.

Bottom line for those who didn’t want to read the whole post is the source took money for a mag subscription they didn’t have and couldn’t deliver in advertised timeframe. I was not informed until I inquired about it 10 days after payment received and still no mags. Wasnt offered any kind of extras for mistake or even an apology. How a source handles mistakes says everything you Need to know about them. This is why we do small test orders

Edit: this is not the same mag other members are having trouble with this is a completely different subscription
Just an update to the community still no subscriptions have arrived and none are showing up as arriving anytime soon on delivery app

Generally speaking there will always be issues with every business across the world. Same thing applies in this part of world but there are ways to handle it. Try a blend of patience and checking in. There’s always admin you can contact too. I understand your frustration bc I’ve been there. Never with Jax tho. Jax has always been honest and taken care of me. He went out of his way for me which I was very gracious for. Unfortunately we’re in the middle of winter, busy season and a massive snow storm is about to hit. I know it’s tough but hang in there. Jax will come thru. The nudie ban rumors doesn’t help subscription materials either

Yeah your right. It’s supposed to be snowmagedon out here lol. I’m sure it will cause delays
 
I promised a review once my mag arrived from Jax. Well....still not here yet. I've had a pack that was in "awaiting from sender" for quite some time. Just today it started moving. What i will say is Jax reached out on his own to see if it arrived and has been very responsive. Once pack arrives I will do full review of process and product. ✌️
 
Has anyone tried book ņumber four lately? I received my copy and the pages are dark tan and a bit wet/ clumpy. After my first reading it seems less than compelling..
 
To anyone out there, I have to sing this mag subscription service to the highest order. He came through for me on a holiday week, & that is no small feat. 10 out of 10 gold stars because man he earned it! On a first time client too and to say I was a PITA would be an understatement. I always order at the wrong time. But there was my mag, all the pages intact, and so super understated. I almost didn’t even go to the door to pull in my mail today because I had a sick day/was sick all night from something I must’ve picked up at the pharmacy because I haven’t been out and about lately to be honest, so I’d been up sick all night and had the lowest hopes today of anything going in my favor today. Boy was I wrong — Jax is a pro. I don’t know when I’ve ever found anyone who is so awesome. This is getting long so I’m going to cut it short, but even though I want to keep him all to myself like everyone else does, I’m sure, I can’t recommend him enough! My next order is in the works right now. Wow, what a find! I am one happy girl tonight!! 😊 Thanks again, Jax & team!
 
Great experience. It was like using Amazon haha. Ordered my books last Monday the 5th got them Friday the 9th Perfect timing. Already setting next subscription. Book number four on point

I just made my second sub with Jax. He was pleasant as always and responds immediately. The professionalism is top notch. I doubled my order this time (which is my normal twice a month subscription) because the last ones were high quality. I like to read the magazine with the bee 7 oh 7. I’ll also make sure I leave another review as soon as they TD. Just wanted to give a shout out to Jax about his promptness and professionalism and recommend anyone on the fence to just go ahead and pull the trigger, you won’t be sorry!
 
Hey I have a question. Respectfully, why does it take sometimes up to 2-3 weeks to get reading material? Is it not domestic or is a drop shipper involved, or is it made to order or something? Is the product not in hand at time of order? I’m just curious. I haven’t been a customer yet, just wondering about the business model.
