Presenting them as an indicator of orders delivered is not credible.

The others presented as examples of orders dropped are actually of samples, just 3. Samples are not orders.

In fact mine is the only actual order I can find and that's not going too well. Though there's still time.

And as the OP has chosen to ignore my email and to communicate with me in this thread then here I'll be.

You ignore my email asking for an update then you chose to reply to me here with "your order will make it through this week or unfailingly next week." Means you haven't sent it yet.

Since you say my order hasn't been sent and you refuse to communicate directly, I can no longer trust you to do as you say you will and I would like a refund.

Edited at vendors request, to show goodwill : After my postings the vendor got in touch by email (and below) so will give a little leeway for a while, subject to information being received, but I will stay on this thread now and watch closely. I won't be taken for a mug.

Communication is essential for trust to form. Otherwise imagination goes to work, and in the absence of information that's not good.

Spam, really, one msg in a thread of 20? Earlier you said the order wasn't shipped, but 'unfailingly' would ship next week. Now you're saying it was shipped, when exactly? (by email please)

And you said I'd get the tracking number, email it too please. (It's no use to me after order fails to deliver, I'm not a twitcher - won't be checking every day, but at this stage I need confirmation of your word, because your word is not proven to be enough yet.) OPSEC doesn't require the customer be kept in complete ignorance and treated with indifference.

Do that, email me day of shipping and tracking number, and I will post it has been done. Or explain why you can't and I will consider it. (in email)

Or if the order hasn't been shipped yet just refund me using the BTC address I sent you (can resend if necessary), and I will post here it has happened. And that will be the end of the matter.

I have never placed an order with you and I did not receive a package yesterday. This sounds like complete BS. Unless I’m missing something.
