Unfortunately I have to leave a do not recommend in the end. I can overlook a delay in shipment, I can overlook poor communication. I cannot however overlook paying $110 for a pen and not receiving it. 2 out of the 3 items I ordered showed up, but still missing the 3rd. Last communication received on April 9th, saying they will check the cameras and pictures they take of every order and they will make it right. Figured that would be a quick and easy fix then. I was wrong, not a peep since, despite having been on the forums since, I’ve left a few comments here to keep my situation bumped, but to no avail.

Between the very long order times, and the missed item with no resolution, I can’t in good faith recommend. Is their product high quality? Yes it is, which bums me out even more that I can’t trust them as is. I can get past most things, but not paying for a product I didn’t receive. I’m still open to resolution here, but a little communication goes a long way and I think that’s where FOG drops the ball most.

I still have support tickets on their website that have not been responded to, as far back as March. I can only report my personal experience. I really hope they turn it around, because their menu is exactly what I’ve been looking for, and the product is prime.

Yes please do, because I can’t deal with people that don’t show themselves accountable, maybe send a picture of the image. If you can’t take the crticism then I don’t know what to tell you, I think your vibe is the telling one here. Where exactly would I have gotten jacked? Did someone at the post office open my package, take one thing out, then reseal it and finish the delivery? That doesn’t make sense to me, so either one of YOUR people is jacking product before it goes out the door, or you’re just shafting people.

Why no responses to DMs for weeks and no answers to the website ticket they said put in? It seems like they've been pretty patient. It certainly has me concerned. I've been interested in ordering, but quite a few people say you're not getting back to them. As a neutral party wanting to order, why not clear things up in a timely manner if it wasn't your fault?

Your lack of response for weeks makes it seem like the buyer isn't the problem. At the very least, communicating on delivery issues publicly (in a timely manner) would help your cause going forward.

FOG, to top it off, this buyer complimented your product along the way...while very patiently awaiting your response for missing items. They kept hyping you up my dude!! And then you say, they aren't the type of "vibe" you're looking for? Personally, I think u owe this buyer an serious apology. And they make a damn good point, who steals half of someone items enroute and continues the delivery?

Its real simple. Dont buy from us. We dont have the time to hold hands and babysit folks on here. We ship every order as fast as we can. A lot of you think that we only service this forum. I can assure you that this forum is the literal smallest section of where orders come from.

For those of you that know us in person, we run the fastest growing entheogen church in the world and do our best to keep this website running for folks that cant make it out to our physical location.

Its a huge headache for us with the amount of orders we get and have to ship every single day.

As a bystander; FOG- If you had the package image for this long, why haven't you communicated with this buyer on here? Why no responses to DMs for weeks and no answers to the website ticket they said put in? It seems like they've been pretty patient. It certainly has me concerned. We arent obligated to reply to people that we feel are trying to scam us. We have already confirmed that we shipped what was ordered. This is a common theme with online orders. We have literally lost count of the people that claim they didnt receive something when they did... true drug addicts with a scarcity mindset and we refuse to even participate in that delusional version of reality where people some how think thats "okay"

Never mind people that fill their empty pens with cooking oil an try to get us to send them another one for free. We get these requests every single fucking day and it gets old.


Would love for the nay sayers to start making their own dmt pens that as equal or better quality than what we offer so they can see the same issues for themselves. Most of you would fold up and quit.


All that said, trust your gut instinct. If you feel uneasy in any way, dont order from us. We dont want to participate in any potential loosh harvesting because of your emotions of fear and scarcity. We would rather you just put the time and effort into making it yourself even if it costs more $.

That is so out of pocket, I use psyche’s, which are non habit forming. I have reviews for plenty of other vendors, always Shulgin specialties, and I always tell like it is. I’m not trying to scam anyone, just receive what I ordered. Possibly if this is such a common issue with your orders, then you have a breakdown somewhere in your chain of custody. You'll likely get ur sûb eventually. If you get a chance, read the last couple months of posts. You'll see this sellers comms aren't very good. Looks like most subs eventually seem to drop but there's been a recent buyër that was shorted, waited patiently and called an addict all for asking about it. It's too bad cause the product seems to be pretty amazing.

-I should add, the v³ndor will likely get on here eventually and reply with a snarky response instead of owning his poor comms and working out that previous short issue. But youll probably hear or see something.

I have ordered, and didn’t receive everything I ordered. Vendor proceeded to insult and accuse me of trying to scam HIM. Vendor continually says everyone always gets what they ordered, this is not true because I’m the example. You can check my comment history, I order on here and I review, and I haven’t had a problem with any other vendor so far.

Vendor also says “This is a common theme with online orders. We have literally lost count of the people that claim they didn't receive something when they did” apparently the proof of this is pictures/video they take BEFORE the item is packaged? If there’s video of the item being packaged and sealed I’d say fine, that’s the risk of these endeavors. The item was sent in a priority box and those have their own adhesive, and it’s painfully obvious to tell when they have been opened, there would have been evidence it had been tampered with. Also, that part of his comment says to me, there’s a pattern, and there’s no way there are that many “addicts” when dealing with strictly psych3delicş, non habit forming, and the tolerance build makes that difficult as well, minus Děēm.

I would have worked with the vendor to find a solution, I am a very patient and loyal customer to a vendor with high quality product and who is trustworthy, That situation is a 2 way street, instead I got neither trust or respect. You will not receive communication hardly at all during any part of the process, and when you do, it will be dismissive and condescending.

I am not the first in this forum, if you level even the slightest amount of criticism, he tells you he doesn’t like your vibe and marks you down so you’re not able order anymore. Sometimes the product is not worth the risk, and the risk is there, you can choose to believe me or not. The purpose of these forums is to weed out vendors that don’t make the grade, and standout vendors that do. This one didn’t make the grade with me, ordering is at your own risk.

I would have been more than willing to work with you towards a resolution, I would have made an additional order in good faith to get what I paid for. You didn’t even try to work with me because you’re so sure of everything, while being clueless.

I’m telling you, the package wasn’t tampered with, it just doesn’t make any sense that someone opened it, only took one item and then finished delivery?? Either someone is going to steal the package or they aren’t. If the photo is taken of the items, that means they aren’t packed, and somewhere between that photo and sealing and shipment an item went missing. You have a weak point in your business and someone is pocketing product, but that’s fine.

If this is the way you act, I’m shocked you’re even able to keep a business running. It doesn’t matter anymore, I’ve already made peace with the money being gone for nothing in return, The way you act is doing more damage to your reputation than anything I have said. I don’t even need to warn people at this point, you do a fine job all by yourself.

We are at an empass. We have proof that we shipped what you ordered, you are saying you didnt receive what you ordered, yet we know for sure what was shipped to you and when.

Buy from us, dont buy from us...it really makes no difference to us.... trust your gut instinct and do what feels natural. Also ill remind you...this isnt business for us. I think thats where you and others seem to get wires crossed.
