i’ve placed a few orders through this author without any problems, but then when I did have an issue with a single magazin I contacted rhodi in a polite manner and he offered a re-ship free of charge, I accepted and was at my door within less than a week. To me, rhodi has always been a man of his word, follows through and is reliable. I’ve learned that not every subscription out there is for me though. thank you @rhodium, will continue doing business!

any luck w/ mollusk mag in particular? I’ve been waiting to pull the trigger and possibly have $$$ in limbo that could be allocated elsewhere, but I’ve equally heard praise (and warnings) for Rhodi on the forum and it’s got me slightly turned around lol. I really do want to trust that a good relationship could be established, but all this mess does cause me to hesitate; however I do trust your take w/ a grain more of salt than randoms tbh, bc I’ve seen you on all my used vendors’ pages lmao.

I did infact get a refund today.

Some people have had luck with this Vendors, others have not. I am unfortunately one of the unlucky ones. I can not in good conscience recommend this Vendor.

A you can see from the 2 post mentioning me in less than 2 hours, their only concern was getting me to leave a comment that I received a refund and it was made "right".

While I received a refund, I would not say it was made right. I was made whole, but not right. Not once was an explanation offered or even an apology. But they did ask several times that I post about the refund.

I'm nearly 40 years old, I'm not here to play fucking games. I'm here to buy drugs. When you place an order with someone, and a week later they tell you they chose to hold off on shipping your order and now need your shipping details yet again because they lost them. Then goes silent on you for another 2 weeks until you are forced to call them out publicly.

There was also something fishy about the refund. It was unable to be delivered to my wallet and I had to redirect it to another. I am not sure this has anything to do with them though to be honest.

In the end I lost a few cents. But I did get my refund. Nothing else. After my money was basically held by them for nearly a month and the same amount of time wasted waiting on an order that was obviously never shipped, when I could have delt with a different vendor. No apology, no explanation. Just please post that I made it right.

Unfortunately this Vendor has to go onto that list also. I can NOT recommend Rhodium after all these issues.

no, I haven’t sorry. In my opinion, authors are also human beings and this is not Amazon. Come correctly with respect to the rules and you will be treated with respect. The golden rule. It’s never failed me.

You had to “redirect”’it to another wallet? I sent it once to the address you gave me once. How are you gonna “redirect” a crypto transaction if you never got it? I also didnt offer you freebies I straight up texted you about a refund. Oh and about timeframe- do I have to post the screenshot where you apologize by saying you hadnt been active in a week and hence not seen my message? lets not go there.

Definitely seems that some problems can stem from ppl assuming they’re getting shit sent “DBG Prime” not humans lol.

“This is what sucks about ftir. Its difficult to differentiate one substance from another, especially when they have the smae fumctional groups (like NEP and 3-mmc). You usually have to rely on a database to compare the spectra and determine which is most similar. Usually all potential matches are reported with a percent match for each potential matching compound from the database. That isnt included here. Can you ask for it? Without that, you can't really identify they substance. The best thing to do is get gcms or nmr data to know for sure.”

I have to agree with this aspect in all fairness FTIR is subjective at best, a compulsory test must be performed FTIR is very limited in simply us typically uses in harm reduction to give a generalized result ig Benz,fent...etc present about as reliable as a pregnancy test so can't really jump the gun on someone's reputation based on preliminary compulsory testing but I get both sides of this issue just my two cents and its worth about.....two cents hope it all gets worked out

at the end of the day here’s my $0.02….it’s taken some patience at times, but of the few exchanges i’ve had with rhodi, all of them have been positive…..different authors have different guidelines & his ørd3r format is very specifically laid out and very simple to understand.. Come correct with respect to the procedure and you will be most often met with a positive response. I get it, everybody has fcuk-ups once in a while, and they should be dealt with and corrected accordingly. I would recommend based off my personal experiences.

It’s a unicorn of a mag for me, so I’m willing to put up some money, plus I’m gonna be shortly coming into a reup on that so I’m not too concerned should it be in limbo, but yeah, it seems like a lot of the “problems” have had undisclosed problems from the client-side hidden in the complaints a bit lol, which I can (kinda?) understand.

I will say though, just like you said, these are humans on the other end, regardless of how professional the greeting and such; mishaps happen with small business. I’ll probably email Rhodi back here and make sure that my order is still good to go, and should it feel comfortable I think I’ll pull the trigger.

End of the day though, Rhodi’s got tenure and was one of the big three names I’d see when I first joined the forum, and I’d really like to see if the hype is legit, bc good business relationships are always exactly that I’ll probably end up trusting your judgement, considering we both have placed orders w/ like vendors for what seem to be similar product, thanks for the real talk/reassurance.

imagine getting dozens (probably a lot more ) of emails per day from impatient or inconsiderate people complaining talking bout where their readings are after 3 days? then having to come on here and argue w these people and defend your rep…that’s fucken exhausting b….
their format is extremely specific and so easy to follow a retard could do it. I order from a variety of different authors, I’m not here tryna defend bro at all, i’m just explaining my opinion and experience. will i subscribe again? yes, but i’ve also learned not every mag edition is up my alley so i’m selective.
people need to learn patience and sometimes rhodi needs to be more communicative, but that’s difficult when you’re busy as fuck. I hope rhodi hangs around for awhile yet….
