Hello.

I would also like to be considered for a spot on your customers list too please. (if you are okay posting to Australia?)

Thank you /default_smile.png

Using MP is so much easier for everyone.

Ordered 11/10 (Sunday night)

Received 11/15

Stealth packaging. Also appreciated that H-man does not really charge for shipping. He literally charges what it costs to ship.  Another successful H- man transaction.

Thanks for the feedback ox, glad to hear you're pleased.

Linx hopefully you're reading this, my emails to you are bouncing back. Maybe try contacting me from an alternate email...

Thanks not me! Very sorry about the extreme delay, thanks for keeping a cool head, I know how difficult that can be. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Have a great weekend buddy and enjoy, please let me know if there are any issues with product.

Sincerely ~ Hydreaux

There are things beyond your control HM and no one controls the mail. You literally did everything you promised and more.

Again thank you for the candy and the professional service.

Have a nice weekend!

Lucy, there is one other member still waiting on an order shipped last week, besides the two of you everyone else has received their orders. As we previously discussed I'll be contacting usps tomorrow to see if I can resolve the situation, if I can not I will send you a replacement like I've said several times in our ongoing dialogue. I can't stop you from posting your problems here on DBG, that's what the board is for however, I'm finding it difficult to understand how it benefits me (or you) to provide you reassurance time and time again privately when it'll ultimately end up being aired out here in the open. Unfortunately I'm starting to get requests from other members that are very similar to what happened with k&k several weeks back. I know it can be nerve racking on your end when the postal system doesn't operate as it should but telling us everyday that you haven't received doesn't help anyone, you and me included.

I'd also like address a new shipping practice I'm leaning toward more and more everyday. Instead of using priority I'll probably start using first class from here on out. The delivery times are pretty much the same but there won't be any TNs. As many of you know the tracking is useless (except for stressing everyone out). I know it's reassuring to know something was actually sent but you'll all just have to take my word for it from here on out. For anyone with an order already in progress I will use priority as per usual but for new orders I'm really considering first class. Not only will there be no TN caused stress, first class mail is far less scrutinized than priority/express packages.

Have a good night everyone, Respectfully ~ Hydreaux
I believe that I was the other member who was waiting last week. HM sent me an email as soon as he found out that there was a problem, stayed in touch the entire time, and got my order to me even sooner than I had expected. I actually believe HM was more stressed out that I had to wait than I was, and I urged him to take all of the time he needed in order to maintain security. Hydreaux is top notch in my book, a vendor who who seems to care about customer loyalty and satisfaction. If some feel he is too expensive, they can use another vendor. I feel that after you take the cost of shipping and moving the funds to the vendor, HM is about the middle of the road on some things, and a pretty good deal on other items in terms of price alone. For me personally, I will use this vendor again in the very near future. The overall experience, even when I was caught up in a SNAFU, is well worth the cost for me and hopefully he will stick around for a long time.

I have absolutely nothing but positives with regards to HMan (again).

He does everything right and somethings even surprise me, because of his willingness to go WAY beyond what we should grow to expect from any vendor IMO.

That being said, it seems up to this point that HMan entered with his own vendor standards that reflect nearly all of the elements that I as a customer look for and appreciate.  I trust his word and will continue to do so unless there proves to be reason otherwise.

I know nothing can last forever, but for now, I fully and positively support and appreciate all that he does for his customers.

HMan,

THANK YOU.

As I communicated to you earlier, my recent letter arrived 1 day earlier than expected, in perfect condition and containing all that I had hoped.

To HMan and any others who have experienced less than satisfactory results with the mail times, it is unfortunate indeed and sounds like extra efforts are made by HMan to help resolve these delays as best as a human can without compromising everyone's privacy.

Have a great weekend,

Beranda

I FINALLY received my order from HM(after 2 weeks!!! All do to the ineptitude of USPS! They messed up this order SEVERAL times(sending it nowhere near me). USPS sucks a big ol' stinky ass! It is amazing that anyone receives any mail at all. They were seriously that terrible in handling this order! I am so thankful that I actually ended up receiving this order. And, I am very thankful for HM, who kept in touch with me the whole time, doing everything in his power to help! He is an amazing vendor who really cares about his customers! And a super nice guy! I would not hesitate to order from him again and plan on doing so. Hopefully, USPS will not fuck it up as bad next time! Thank you HM for sticking with me the whole time and your reassurance when I really needed it! You are the best and I really appreciate it! I have no doubt that I would have received in a timely manner, if it was not for USPS! I cannot even express enough had terrible they handled the matter! Two weeks to receive an order that should taken 2-3 days. Unbelievable! Again, I am just so happy that I actually got it! I had almost given up hope. HM is one of the best and I can't thank him enough for all he has done!

Placed an order with Hman last night. Apparently I was confused by prices for a certain product but Hman corrected me resulting in an extra 10 more of my product ordered. Then, in a haste to get him the MP#, I left out the last digit. Once again Hman pointed out the error of my way so actually had to dig in my garbage can to find the card. Now everything is correct and waiting for product to ship . What can I say... I goofed BIG time on this order but Hman saved my bacon!! Hman, you are a true professional and I am honored to have a spot on your list of customers. Bravo Hman, bravo!!!

HI HMan ~

Just a friendly reminder as I know you're swamped!

Left a msg for you on Nov. 14th. I'd very much appreciate if you'd put me on your waiting list for when you have an opening plz.

So hard to find anywhere near the amount of stellar reviews you've received. /default_biggrin.png

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hope you're having a great week so far.

Much aloha ~~~

I just submit a new order request to the HMan.

Hopefully I will hear back soon.

I figure you can't have too much stock going into the Thanksgiving holiday /default_smile.png.

I seem to have made HM mad. I can not get a reply. I am a repeat client, but he will not talk to me. HM? You mad at me?

Sometimes he gets busy and takes awhile for him to reply. Took almost a whole day to get back to me but he DID get back to me. While I'm here, might as well update on recent order placed Wensday....It will be here tomorrow /default_smile.png

Thanks Hman!!

Thanks Hman!!
I second that Fargo.
When I heard back from HM on my newest order he told me he had been very busy lately, and though I did place an order with him he said he won't have time to ship it for a few days (this coming week) due to limited time right now. That works for me.

So I think us current customers are still keeping HM too busy to contact new customers.

  12. LW815 @ LW815: Know what’s really going on in somebody else’s head or how much they’re really dealing with and feel like they’re left with no other options. Been a very sad few days but 2 complete (irl anyway) strangers cared enough about what I was going through to talk to me about it, though they owe me nothing and have no reason to help my personal pain other than the kindness in their own hearts. Just shows that this place is a real community, not just a forum of people who only care about themselves.
  13. LW815 @ LW815: Was nodding in/out the entire time writing those shouts and spparently was fully out sending the last one lol. But II find it ‘uplifting’ as two people I’ve never actually met and only know the others online presence through subscriptions, who I have a better chance of getting a handy J from Jesus Christ himself, both were so quick to share their own experience and wise words and assurances that things will look up and not to feel guilty or be mad at somebody for going that route - as you never

  18. LW815 @ LW815: They didn’t need to. They could have just continued on with the nature or the main purpose of what the relationship between us is, I didn’t really have anybody else to let it out to at the time and they both went far beyond what I’d expect. Not that I’d assumed they’re cold/A-holes - it was just a lot from somebody who’s technically a competent stranger. 19.
