Why is it when I punch in the web address it redirects me to something that says I have a virus? I never end up clicking on anything when that shows up. Does this happen to anyone else?

  Did contact her, heard back quick, but never got the response to finish. Very unusual. We seem to have good contact but not today. I should have made myself clearer but still don't think that would have helped.

   FG, did you get any kind of conf? I kept checking for MYCHOICE, but nothing

I didn't contact her today, jjt6 (Monday), that post was from last week. Sorry, I haven't been in contact with her since then. Everything did work out that last time, for what that is worth! Placed, received confirmation, received TN, then received.
Please let us know how it goes, ok?

I ordered yesterday and should receive today. I never get a tracking number from A but she had never even been one day off for me. She is the most solid vendors I have ever dealt with.

 
I never get a notice from A. For some reason I cannot receive email from the one she uses for tracking numbers.

However she tells me if it does not ship and she has not said anything. Will update later today.

 I'm like you. Never get tn but she always tells me it will ship or don't worry you'll receive tomorrow. Yesterday, nothing to finish up conversation.It's still a bit early don't know if I should try again or wait till tomorrow.

No delivery yet and no response from A. Strange deal so far. Will update if I hear from her. Quite unlike her.

 
I've just received an update. Orders are going to be delayed until late this week or early next. Nothing will be going out today, and it will most likely be awhile before any orders are received.

Please don't PM the Mods or others looking for more info because at this point there IS no additional info. They have no more info than what I'm giving you now.

The situation is the same with ALL of the SY vendors.

I'll post more when more is known, but again, at this point it's going to be at least Monday probably. I've been told everyone will be made whole, but at this point, just don't know when!

I wish everyone the best - I know this is not a good situation and believe me, everyone understands that the timing couldn't be worse!!

  That's very depressing news. I know things weren't going like usual, but why not say something when ordering or wait to take order. I have a good rapport with A and sometimes we talk a lot, that has not been the case this week. I knew something was strange. No don't worry, you'll get it tomorrow or anything like that. No response at all. Bummer.

 
I don't think they knew the extent of the situation - it just hit today as far as I know.

I think the lack of recent response - yesterday and earlier - was them just being super busy with the Holiday traffic - and also them waiting on the info from yesterday's missed drop. As far as I know, as soon as they knew the extent of the issue, A asked me to post.

Please don't think I think I'm anything special, I've just always posted updates for A as needed... this is no different, tho the magnitude certainly is.

I'm waiting for additional info as everyone else is... and looking for a work around to get thru the holidays...And sending best wishes to everyone hurt by this situation.

I actually received from my primary guy this afternoon as he shipped last night. I had ordered last week. A is my backup and I ordered from her yesterday not knowing if my primary would come through this week. Looks like they have product in stock but are having trouble on the distribution side.

 
This kind of stuff has happened in the past, its most likely a case of losing a main supplier. So, they get busy looking for new on the otherside just to fill voids till they find another main. Its not really my business, I only use 1-2 max and never change all over the globe so to speak. Its always better to make absolutely sure you will get that letter on time. I also know these vendors will say yes knowing it may be late. If it gets down to refunds it must be bad. I posted in anoother thread that it would be good to look into the new or old no hickup places. Some just got it better then others, and some its just luck has finally ran out (as far as a vend being able to keep main sups) sucks and sorry to here about late ships and no ships at all.....that really blows!

A has been my reliable vend for months now.  I ordered Monday, got a shipping tag created notice in Mychoice, and it's still sitting in that status.  I let A know, and she replied this morning that it got to UPS late, but it was dropped off and should be here Wed morning.  But the Mychoice is still gray and not showing in transit.  This is highly irregular.  I don't know why they would create a label for mine if they didn't have the supply to begin with.

 
@burtonsnow: you should read back a few pages, to yesterday afternoon anyway; Packages are not being shipped right now, by any of the SY vendors. They are on a shipping freeze until further notice. Hopefully only later this week, but right now it's unknown... could be 2 days, could be 2 weeks.
