I did read all the posts, I was just letting everyone know what happened to me. I didn't see too many others say they had the dreaded label created notice. A told me around 1 PM EST on Tuesday that mine was dropped off late and would arrive. So I thought maybe I made it before the meltdown. I've only had one maybe two packages show up magically after not being tracked properly in the system. So it looks like barring any miracles, I'll be playing the waiting game..

 
A told me that packages would be shipped out at worst case Monday and best case shipping tomorrow. All I know now.

 
I just got the same message from A. Friday is a maybe, Monday at worst case. I hit up D at bestsavings as well to see what he had to say about it and he said "logistics AND SECURITY issues" (emphasis added) which makes me really concerned. He then said that packages will be delivered by Saturday night.

 
I got the same message from D yesterday, Wednesday. He emailed me tonight and said everything had been caught up. I take that to mean that they are ready to start shipping, we'll see....

 
Happy to have found y'all.  Have the "label created" since one week today.  A has always done me right, even apologized for the latest "transporter problems".  Although sick, I'm trying to remain positive.  I was told by SL that all was well now and he was shipping again today. 

We shall see. 

 
Just got a message from A. Doesn't look like anything is moving for a while. Said something about transporter issues and she's hopeful this won't last another week.

I don't think anyone will see anything for any vendor until next week - just my opinion. So let's forget about and enjoy Christmas week. We'll call next week Christmas II.

 
/default_wacko.png  Ughhhh...and I always try to stick with this route this time of year for just these reasons.  FG or Jewy, do either of you have suggestions for backup that won't take a couple of weeks?  I'll read around, but it's honestly been years since I did lots of research here; have found a system that has so far been good to me.  Should have had a back-up to the back-up's back-up plan - ha!  

Trying to keep the mood light and remember this is a happy time of year with lots to keep me distracted.  Hoping all find peace and health this Holiday; I'll keep the faith that we will all start 2014 back in our grooves!

@headbanger :: Great advice. When I see people reading news flashes from the border and making statements like I am terrified, when we just do not know what occurring, is the only alarming thing. Read the rules, and I suggest you all having a look at headbangers profile and reputation field. I was impressed and actually learned a lot.

What a mess.  Now I'm being ignored.  It's maddening and sad.  I will try not to be any more anxious, but it's scary.  I ordered early; evidently not early enough.  I will try to enjoy the holiday and pray...or something.

hey go to a local CentraCare and tell them you have the flu...and your throat is very sore and you have the worst cough of your life...they will give you H(y)dro in a bottle and it will take the edge off...

The Divine One, (my favorite wife) had a book on hydrodynamics, that allowed me to at least continue my studies for a day or two..
