Wanted to say hello and happy to be here! This will probably make you regulars laugh - but I only discovered anything like this forum even existed a couple of weeks ago when all of a sudden very reliable SY couldn't ship (never happened before). I have read here many many many suffered through Xmas with the same issue,

When I asked him what was the problem he said go read the forums. So, I am wondering "what on earth is he talking about???"

Spent some time googling and here I am. It has been an incredibly informative tool and laughing at myself for being so clueless.

Happy New Year's to you all!

I wouldnt say clueless, just lacking the proper info.......... hmmmm, guess that is clueless. /default_cool.png

Welcome to the Jungle. <-------GNR Quote /default_smile.png  There may be fun and games too........

Later Riley

I always try and post something to the newbies saying hi in hopes it will help them feel more welcome.  It looks like you will fit right in.  Have fun reading!

Welcome to the Jungle for sure! Thanks for the words of welcome, really appreciate that- I have read the rules and the extra rules and then the newest rules relating what not to post about SY and shipping and all that - so it is pretty intimidating to think about what you can post without messing up, but there is PLENTY of good catch up reading to do for now!! So I will keep myself busy doing that and waiting for good news.

Nobody, and I do mean nobody, is perfect, we're all human and we all make mistakes. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Its all good, Peace Riley

Don't listen...I've never once messed up on this bOARD...

Funnyguy! You may have never messed up on this board but I am trying to post on my phone while running on the treadmill at my gym.

It is seriously taking all my concentration--- making me sweat even more

I head somewhere that exercise was supposed to be good for me but each of my legs weighed about 50lbs.

I did take a shower when done so I was only temporarily gross.

Exercise is not good for you, thats just a lie. Drinking a gallon of Jim Beam every day is good for you, a little birdie told me so......

Good for you if your resolution is to become an alcoholic. Or ill.

I was kidding, same with the sweat comment. I forgot the smiley and/or j/k. I'll stop, gotta take a shower and get ready for work anyway. Sorry, my bad.

No worries NightStalker. If I made it through the last couple of weeks I think I can take a little teasing. Feel free to bring it on!

BTW tonight I am taking it easy on the stationary bike and hardly sweating at all-may skip shower.

  10. B @ bigblueallda: @drjimmy1964 lol I am actually surprised it is a real ID. I needed those documents because my license had been expired for over a year and I had to start all over. Nothing was in the system. It was a huge mess. I had no clue I was signing up for Real ID. They asked me for the exact same documents that I needed for a State ID Card.
  11. S @ soupson: bless your heart buddy. no sense of grammar or proper insults/jokes. you need this place in ways i can’t comprehend
  12. drjimmy1964 @ drjimmy1964: Sweet Ol' Me asked about Real ID, Stoup. Are you responsive to emails ? LMAO

  14. drjimmy1964 @ drjimmy1964: @bigblueallda You win. I am lost. Thought you were surprised your license was a Real ID, now you say you provided those items.
  15. drjimmy1964 @ drjimmy1964: @bigblueallda I was under the impression that you'd need all of the points to get a real ID . I'd check it's validity if you're gonna fly domestic any time soon, just to make sure. Not to tell you what to do, sorry -
  16. B @ bigblueallda: @drjimmy1964 In my state to get a Real ID, I need SS card, Birth Certificate and two proofs of residency. Which I am positive I had to provide to get a new ID when it had been expired.
  17. drjimmy1964 @ drjimmy1964: @Turbo259 advertising - putting in writing for example an negative action to show they are guilty prior to taking action.
  18. B @ bigblueallda: I haven't flown in an airplane in 20 years lol. Can't recall the last government building I have been in either. According to the symbol it tells me I should have on my ID to make it a Real ID I do have one in my state
