Placed order with A on 2/24

Received confirmations that my funds were received on 2/25

Received TN 2/26

Received order 2/27

Customer service should be his middle name! I heard back from him every time within the hour and he held my hand through the process.

Ordered 50/perc & 20/vikings. He was very up front with me about problems with V's but thought I would try anyway. Your all right that he is a very nice person! I'll keep ya'll posted on everything!

 
Has anyone else go a TN from Alex for a Sat delivery yet?  e sent me a note saying all was well but his shipper was having family issues so he did not have the TNs yet. Getting very worried.  Can anyone help?

Contacted Alex Wed evening wanting an order. Sent payment 2 hours before his cutoff Thur AM. Then received email that "his gmail hide my message and his shippers

had already gone"  Promise to send TN# tonight and nothing yet from him today. Ordered one simple item always in stock. Not a PK.

I know this is sort of off topic but want to say as a fairly newbie to buying online,glitches & delays happen.Sometimes it's the vendors faults sometimes the buyer..Just today I gave A a ref no that was off by a number(couldn't read my own scribble)this was just after his usual cutting off point and he said he would try his hardest to get it out to me for Saturday delivery..I emailed to check in & didn't get a reply,but I'm not nervous or worried & please try not to be..I have received many Saturday deliveries from A(just last week) and have even gotten deliveries without getting a TN..I hope you have enough to tide you over but I can almost guarantee if orders do not make it out (I'm referring to my order mainly & my error)I can almost guarantee you will have a package waiting for you on Tuesday..Best of luck & please post a review once you receive.

Have not heard anything, but don't currentoy have an outstanding order. Guys/Gals, please do yourself a favor and sign up for the notification systems of the two BIG private shippers. I always know my TN hours before Alex does. I know that really doesn't help you now, and I'm sorry if I've added to your nervousness and/or frustration. If he told you definitively that something went out, it did. So SisterMissy, I can almost guarantee that you are GTG. dcboots, as I re-read your post I'd also say you are GTG. It should have gone out on Thursday correct? But got jammed up by his spam filters and did not get resolved until after the shippers left on Thursday. However, there were no shipping challenges today, besides a delay in getting TNs due to shipper's family issues? I think both of you should get your letters by noon. But that's just my gut and experience talking. Good luck!!

Both pokey and I have ordered for sat delivery in the past and didn't receive our tns so we went to sleep and bright an early was our tn in our mailbox. Sometimes if alex has alot going on whether personal or trying to restock, he'll work very late and ive seen a tn sent at 3am so I would like to suggest you go to sleep and try not to let it stress you out. When you wake up if its still not there and youve not received your package, shoot him a quick email requesting for it. Also please keep in mind that hes on pstime Take care all

LOL!  Somewhat OT, but my DH puts on that song & dances around whenever he's feeling down--he says it's "impossible" to be sad while listening to "Faith!" Him & his Tom Cruise impression /default_smile.png  Maybe I should try it....!

 
Got it just now! Ordered yesterday... Tr@ms and sleep stuff. All there. Can tell already it is legit. Will report if quality is bad, but seriously doubt it. Relax all!

Edit....there is a minor miscount but I ordered odd amounts. I'm sure he'll make good.

And the comms were wired and he was really wanting me to make his forum board look better. Now I know the first thing to look at even before the menu. But I have some business with usps tomorrow and will ask for everything mailed to me especially packages
