Labcorp is very accurate.  My veterinarian uses them.  They don't pick up APHP and I'm not sure why.  I don't know if it is my poodle's body chemistry, or if it is the substance itself.  Does anyone have ideas on this?

I have the same problem.  My pain doctor has me take Dilauded 2X a day.  I try to take the 2nd dose early, but even if I take it around 5 in the evening, there are very few nights that I get to sleep before 5 in th morning.
