Don’t come on here and tell people who have valid concerns to chill. Yeah we all get mad but it’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable to threaten people with sending viruses to their devices, to hogtie them, or any of the other various threats PHX has made. I used to be a customer of his but after seeing the abusive and threatening behavior on here and on other places like Signal, I don’t trust him. And on my last order I ordered Acpyp HCL and he sent me that nasty ass citrate. Didn’t even bother getting in touch because at that point I’d seen so much concerning behavior - I was done with him. The way he talks to people is completely unacceptable - there are some examples on here if you read through the thread, but I have seen many more fucked up threats elsewhere. He’ll probably come on here and threaten me and blacklist me but IDGAF. I’ve seen messages where he says he keeps all his customers info and will use that against them if you piss him off (not his exact words but you get the point), so be warned. I personally think he should be black listed for his abusive and completely unprofessional behavior.

New people - just because you have one successful order - don’t come on here and tell people who have valid concerns to calm down or be patient. If someone who’s been around for a while like @Mammasboi123 has a concern - take it seriously. This is not the same as all the pain in the ass impatient people on here who are freaking out over not hearing from a vendor for a few hours or not getting their packages in 3 days over the holidays. Even if you’re not new and have had success with a vendor multiple times, that doesn’t mean that they haven’t fucked over other people.

I’m not tarnishing reputations nor am I explicitly saying that @PHXINC is running a scam.

I’m merely basing my concerns off of:

• Evidence that’s been shared with me by numerous people from this community that I consider trustworthy.
• Multiple failed attempts to get any sort of response after ordering (tried through multiple platforms)
• The fact that he is happy to ‘pick up the phone’ and answer any question that a complete stranger may have, as long as it involves moving money into his hands, but can’t find the time to give paying customers a heads up about what’s going on with long outstanding orders.

Something as simple as, “I’ve fallen behind on orders, I expect to have everyone sorted out by next week.” Would be more than enough to quell nerves of many of us.

I’d encourage you to go back through this very thread where you’ll see I’ve written 4-5 very positive reviews for @phx in the past. I’m very familiar with his style and I would never consider there to be bad blood between us, even at this time. You may choose to continue living in optimism as is your right, and I very much hope that the concerns I’ve shared are completely baseless at the end of the day.

However, for me personally, it would feel morally wrong to continue encouraging fellow members of this community to continue giving their money, at this particular time, due to the lack of open, honest dialogue that I tend to get from Phx. All of this may very well change and I would be more than open to retracting my statements if everything turns up fine.

Thank you @WTF7218 i appreciate your words. I have not come to vendors threads talking like this often (if ever) in my time here as a member. But the unfortunate fact is it’s not just one or two people who have been complaining. And it actually has been multiple weeks in a couple of scenarios, not including the other complaints made by others here on this thread in the days leading up to this. I appreciate that other longstanding members like yourself respect my decision to come forward with this warning.

Anyways, I’ve said what I will say for now, and again I hope that I am way off base when the dust ends up settling. I will not stand by silently though when I get a feeling that something is off. That’s not who I am and not something I’ll change.

Not gonna go into too much detail but I've been reading online mags for between 10-20 years. On and off, but never off for too long

This is the first complaint I've ever noted. That should tell ya somethin. I ordered from PHX cause of his stellar reviews and seemingly great record. Yet here we are. I would take peoples' complaints seriously in this situation. It's likely they are complaining for a good reason.

I don't know why he won't get back to anyone. It's been almost 3 weeks since I've placed my order after he said it was shipped on the 20th, and then again said it was actually shipped on the 22nd, and after receiving NEP from the same address he ships from instead of the G I ordered, and virtually getting no real response on my confusion, I'm suddenly blacklisted or something? I just need to know what's going on as I was having it shipped to a different address as I'm visiting my parents for the holidays, but I'm going back home soon.... hopefully something happens to where G doesn't show up at my parents doorstep without me there, as they are not too fond of my drug use.

He has been active on his thread this evening. Damn, Christmas and New Years, throws everything off. Idk, maybe I’m blind. I do not see an exit scam at all. It seems as if he is working his balls off to make all of your orders right. Life happens. I have had mags from other take over a month to get to me. Patience is a virtue.

He’s been active saying a whole lot of nothing. Some people will bend over backwards defending this guy I swear. Meanwhile you’re just making excuses for his more than questionable behavior and ethics.

PHX was amazing the last few times. Product was amazing. But I believe he got so swamped by people fucking up his OPSEC. So he decided to lay low for a minute. I was blowing up his delta with messages and QR codes cuz I never used it. I hope he let's me stop by again soon! His shipping is also fast as hell btw

Still waitiing on my order to ship from mid Dec (FYI informed delivery is available in my area), PHX will not answer comms, not one update since I paid the man, and he is still apparently taking new orders.This seems wrong with so many customers still waiting on mags.

I am not sure whats going on and am completely in the dark. I have requested either an update or a refund multiple times. At this point, it feels like my coin has been stolen from me but time will tell. Had one successful order prior not too long before this one, just a few days, so IDK what changed between then and now.

I know there are many others in my situation. I will update if he gives me an update. I

same here...he was insanely fast with me and so easy going to work with. received in like 2-3 days from order to delivery, quality and opsec were excellent. hope this ends up working out for everyone.

That’s just par for the course and shows everyone what happens when you even dare step out against him and publicly question why packs weren’t being sent out.

This was also probably the 3rd or 4th time now that PHX has told people that he’s “packing and shipping shipping right fucking now.” Lo and behold nothing was shipped. That’s alright though, I expect to receive absolutely nothing.

Let this serve as a warning for others who would risk providing personal details to this guy. He’s a sick minded individual and an addict to top it all off. That is not a good combination.

I'm not promoting anyone in the slightest.. in same spot. I'm not choosing to write angry shit or be part of anyone making threats on a vendor or any other person... I'm not defending P and believe communication was owed earlier to many of us and he should of held back saying maybe certain things, but people were out of line....
I'm in the red also currently dude. If I say anything at all, it's trying to be understanding positive or anxiety reducing for every person. Including me.
I'm not hopping on the hate though.. sorry.. I've had genuine talks with this person/ vendor/ human and form my own adult opinions... he has been real, genuine and kind to me.... still forming opinions....
He has come thru for me personally every time. And the less communication the better sometimes...I'm not trying to instigate fights and keep my mouth quiet..

Have a better weekend dude. I'm looking for my anxiety to be gone also but know getting angry makes it worse... I'm trying to believe my mags will arrive. not worth it to me... take it easy bro and hope all works out

@ADW84 I apologize for the tone and accusatory nature of the 1st paragraph within my last message that was directed at you. It’s been a very stressful past few days for many of us, but I shouldn’t be taking my personal emotions out on others (including you) in spite of that.

I’ve edited my last post to remove any misguided hostility that doesnt directly relate to business with Phx. After this I think it’s time for me to take a step back for a few days and decompress.

The thing is he claims he shipped my order Dec. 20th, and then again on the 22nd, and blames it on USPS even though all my other orders from other vendors came within a week when placed on the same day as his... Have not heard a word from him other than "back of the line" after he said he'd look into the issue I was bringing up (see my previous post for details if you want). I just need my god damn money back at this point... kind of getting ridiculous.

Another huge redflag for me is his demand that your username here match your delta chat or whatever thats really not OPSEC at all. And a good chance how alot of these phishing scams/hacks are happening.

But yeah i said the same thing dealer is well outta pocket if this is an exit scam its one of the worst, I got the feeling he had too much " incoming " product and he was taking pre-sale orders for shit he didn't even have yet. Likely some of that didn't land or he got a controlled delivery and its lights out.
