You ordered this past Weds (ie 2 days ago on Christmas Day?) .. or you made the subscription over a week ago on the previous hump day?
I’m truly not interested in getting in the middle of this dispute, and I’m also not here to comment one way or the other on anyone’s behavior, but depending on when you placed your order, this accusation of scamming may be extremely premature. Providing all the facts in a concise manner would really help bolster your case, if there is one..
Okay, concise time.
All you gotta know is he said he packed and dropped Wednesday, I asked him about it today, he went normal rage phx. Mood swings, being flat out mean/rude as hell and what you see in the screenshots is how he usually talks to me.
I just got sick of that, told him that was my last order and asked for a refund. He will not refund me. And said he won't refund me. So he stole $180 from me and this dispute will continue until I receive a refund. He has spent literally no money on my order so I don't see the big deal in a refund.
180 is 180, it's a good amount to me, everything to some people who've been scammed by him on this thread alone (which I intended to split the refund with). but nothing to the people who hate his disrespect. Those people are now angry at him, and I'm up all night with the team surfing anything I can find to decline his sales. I'll leave that part alone.
Why or how it got to this point, no idea. I guess I broke a rule where i can't ask him a question 2 days after he said mags shipped, nothing was on ID, I was curious because he's usually pretty reliable with what he says. So I was worried it was a mixup of something. That started his disgusting behavior that led to the rest of his temper tantrum. Along with him complaining about the glowing review I gave him yesterday, my anger with him for his increasingly gross and mean antics reached it's peak. Especially with me, who he's been dealing with (not my team). So, I told him that's my last order, he responded (obviously not well) by saying he's moving me to the back of the line and shipping sometime next week. I asked for a refund, he refuses to give it to me, and that brings us to the beginning.
At this point it's about the principle, I'll gladly refund anyone on here who's money was stolen from him with the refund money I politely asked for. But since he refuses, and has decided to steal my money, this must go on. I do not want this to continue, I even offered him to just partially refund me half of the 180 but nope. Out of options, here we are.
