I did infact get a refund today.
Some people have had luck with this Vendors, others have not. I am unfortunately one of the unlucky ones. I can not in good conscience recommend this Vendor.
A you can see from the 2 post mentioning me in less than 2 hours, their only concern was getting me to leave a comment that I received a refund and it was made "right".
While I received a refund, I would not say it was made right. I was made whole, but not right. Not once was an explanation offered or even an apology. But they did ask several times that I post about the refund.
I'm nearly 40 years old, I'm not here to play fucking games. I'm here to buy drugs. When you place an order with someone, and a week later they tell you they chose to hold off on shipping your order and now need your shipping details yet again because they lost them. Then goes silent on you for another 2 weeks until you are forced to call them out publicly.
There was also something fishy about the refund. It was unable to be delivered to my wallet and I had to redirect it to another. I am not sure this has anything to do with them though to be honest.
In the end I lost a few cents. But I did get my refund. Nothing else. After my money was basically held by them for nearly a month and the same amount of time wasted waiting on an order that was obviously never shipped, when I could have delt with a different vendor. No apology, no explanation. Just please post that I made it right.
I've only ever had issues with one other Vendor. I got ripped off and contacted them, they handled things very poorly and then tried to backpeddle and offer me freebies on my next order. I turned them down and just flat out refuse to do business with them again simply based on how I was treated.
Unfortunately this Vendor has to go onto that list also. I can NOT recommend Rhodium after all these issues.
