Same happened to me. 1st letter never arrived after 80+ days. Max took care of me and sent another. 2nd landed in 26 days! Thank you Max!!!!

I agree. I’m always patient with this kinda stuff as mail is generally slow. (When I said “burned”, I didn’t mean by Max). I was going to count it as a loss (Due to mail) but Max reached and wants to fix it. I wasn’t going to even ask him to do that. Very surprised! 

It’s been 3 months since donation and nothing (not even bad news). Asked for a tn and no response. First time with Max, might have been burned. Just wish he would reply.

It is taking 3-4 weeks. Just have to be patient.

It took Doc several days to respond to my email but he finally did yesterday. He said mail is moving slow and it will take 2-4 weeks. Cheers!@Mountainman1188

I received just about the same email. It did mention March orders.  We have just become aware that orders mailed between 22/Feb & 29/Feb  went missing on our end and as this is totally out of the ordinary.  Your order isn't in that time frame but it would appear march orders  are taking a...

TTM told me use my insurance if my 12/19 does not arrive by the 27th. I asked if I should place another order to get something soon, they said yes. My question is, when filling out the "acknowledgment" section: you have to select if you have received you last order but I didn't. I don't want to...
