I feel you, I have plantar fasciitis and a long list of other painful things going on. Now some Dr's right from the first appointment say they won't prescribe any pain meds for chronic pain, then if you look for a different dr you are considered dr shopping. The only relief I get is occasional...

Right there with  you on the chronic pain, and in that regard I think Dr's are almost useless. One of them rather than giving me a scrip wants to do radioblasion which is pretty much destroying your nerves. I did research and read it can be more painful than the chronic pain originally suffered...
